Research On The Improvement Of Teachers’ Morality And Style Of Ideological And Political Courses In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

The so-called morality and style of teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities refers to the political quality,character cultivation,teacher love and love of teachers,as well as the work style,ideological style and life style reflected in education and teaching activities.Entering the new era,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core is based on the political height of realizing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating socialist builders and successors,and regards the construction of ideological and political courses and the construction of ideological and political teachers as an important work in education To grasp,and put forward that the teacher’s morality is the primary criterion for evaluating the quality of the teaching staff.It can be seen that the party and the state attach great importance to the work of ideological and political teachers’ morality and style.The morality and style of ideological and political teachers are not only related to the level and effectiveness of ideological and political teaching,but also to the quality of training newcomers in the era.Improving the morality and style of ideological and political teachers is related to the realization of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and socialist education.Business development is important.Guided by the "six essentials" and "eight unifications" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping for ideological and political courses and teachers of ideological and political courses,this paper explores the important content of the morality and style of teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in the new era.On the basis of the data,use the questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the current situation,problems,influencing factors and reasons of teachers’ morality and style of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,and on this basis,propose a targeted improvement path.The survey results show that the current performance of teachers’ morality and style of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities is generally good.However,there are also some problems,mainly manifested in the lack of teachers’ caring for students,the need to improve teachers’ professional quality,the disconnection of teachers’ cognition and practice,and the dislocation of teacher-student satisfaction.After in-depth analysis,it is found that the factors affecting the improvement of teachers’ morality and style include teachers’ own factors,school environment factors and social environment factors.In addition,teachers ignore the improvement of their own literacy,colleges and universities ignore the construction of the system of teachers’ morality and teaching style,and colleges and universities ignore students in teachers’ morality teachers.The role of wind promotion and the negative impact of external environment on teachers’ morality and style are the main reasons for the above problems.In response to the above problems,colleges and universities can make improvements from the following aspects: starting from political literacy,character training,love of life and professional quality to encourage ideological and political teachers to improve their own quality;starting from recruitment and introduction,team building,incentives and guidance,career development.Improve the institutional system;start from clarifying standards,unblock channels,and form a long-term mechanism to play the role of student supervision;start from the social atmosphere,campus atmosphere,and work environment to optimize the environment for improving teachers’ morality.
