School moral education has always been the focus of attention of the CPC.To do a good job in school moral education cannot be separated from the main channel of ideological and political lessons and the important starting point of ideological and political teachers.In order to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation and cultivate new people to bear the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.On March 18,2019,the CPC Central Committee held a symposium for teachers of ideological and political theory courses in schools.At the meeting,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that teachers of ideological and political courses should have the qualities of "strong politics","deep feelings","new thinking","broad vision","strict self-discipline" and "positive personality",namely the "six requirements" of teachers of ideological and political courses.This is a new requirement for ideological and political course teachers,but also the concern for the construction of ideological and political course.High school students are in the life of the "joint booting period",high school ideological and political course teachers should pay attention to the "six requirements" quality guide students to grasp the direction of life,"buckle the first button of life".The construction of "six essentials" teachers in high school ideological and political courses not only contributes to the self-development and self-improvement of teachers in high school ideological and political courses,but also promotes the reform and innovation of high school ideological and political courses and promotes students to develop healthy personalities.This article can be divided into four parts.The first part aims to clarify the historical background and theoretical source of the "six essentials" accomplishment of high school ideological and political course teachers,so as to correctly understand the profound connotation and internal logical relationship of the "six essentials" accomplishment of high school ideological and political course teachers.The second part,clarify the role of high school ideological and political course "six essentials" teachers,and then analyze the value of the construction of high school ideological and political course "six essentials" teachers.The third part,based on data analysis and interview data,explains the current situation of the construction of "six essentials" teachers of high school ideological and political courses,identifies the existing problems and causes of the construction of "six essentials" teachers of high school ideological and political courses,and provides effective basis for further research.The fourth part,it first points out the basic principles of the construction of "six requirements" teachers in high school ideological and political courses.Secondly,from the aspects of system guarantee,continuing education and training,teaching and research guidance,teachers’ self-improvement,this paper focuses on the main path of the construction of "six essentials" teachers in high school ideological and political courses,and provides new ideas for the exploration of the path of the construction of "six essentials" teachers in high school ideological and political courses.
