Study On Physical Quality Evaluation Standard Of Grade One And Two Students In Guangzhou Primary School

The first and second grade students of primary school are also known as "level 1" students.In the compulsory education stage,physical education and health courses are divided according to the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development,so the learning objectives of each level are different.Similarly,the physical quality of students at different levels is also different.In order to implement the curriculum content and the physical quality of scientific and comprehensive evaluation of students at all levels,According to the characteristics of the development-sensitive period of students’ physical quality at different stages,On this basis,the evaluation reference standard of local Guangzhou primary school first and second grade students to evaluate students’ physical quality level,Make the physical quality training content of the first and second grade students in Guangzhou city can be based on,the training methods are diversified,the reasonable training cycle and load arrangement,the evaluation and diagnosis are timely and effective,Then comprehensively improve the physical quality of students,enhance the physical health level and promote the formation of students’ lifelong physical education awareness,Physical education teachers or coaches can conduct physical quality assessment through multiple evaluation,Timely and effectively obtain the development status of physical quality and the feedback of various quality training.Article in Guangzhou district a total of 2555 primary school grade students as the test object,using the literature method,expert interview,questionnaire method,field test,mathematical statistics and logical analysis method on the second grade students physical quality evaluation standard,based on the research method and test object,the test results are as follows:(1)Establish 10 evaluation indicators of physical quality of first and second grade students in Guangzhou,namely: 30 meters sprint run,30 seconds freehand squat,30 seconds kneeling push-ups,30 seconds sit-up,standing long jump,1 minute rope skipping,3 minute rope jump,starting change running,sitting forward bending and standing on one leg.(2)The evaluation standard and comprehensive evaluation standard of the physical quality of boys in primary and second schools and primary schools in Guangzhou were established respectively.(3)The physical quality standard was used to evaluate the physical quality level of 55 students in the first grade.After the empirical application,the physical quality evaluation standard of the first and second grade students in Guangzhou showed good practical effect.(4)The general quantity and quantity value model and the ideal quantity value model of the physical fitness of the primary primary and second grade boys and female primary schools in Guangzhou are preliminarily constructed.
