A Study On Social Work Intervening In Rural Community Culture And Building From The Perspective Of Asset-based

With the continuous advancement of China’s urbanization process and the in-depth development of the market economy,community culture construction is facing a variety of problems.The accelerated development of urban culture has affected the traditional cultural system of rural communities to varying degrees,and there have been difficulties such as the loss of traditional excellent culture in rural communities,and the demand for cultural construction of rural residents has been continuously enhanced.Therefore,it is of great significance to think about how to explore the cultural value of rural communities,integrate and utilize community assets,enhance residents’ awareness and ability to participate in community culture construction,and then build a community cultural community and create a rural community culture that meets local characteristics.L Village Culture Creation is based on the existing and potential resources of the community,using the concept of asset-based and social work professional approach gradually carried out.In the early stage of this study,the problems and needs of the cultural development of L village were investigated by means of questionnaire survey method,participatory observation method and interview method,and the practical content of L village culture construction was analyzed by using asset-based theory as the research perspective of this paper,and the resource base and internal logic of social worker intervention were excavated in depth,the effectiveness and shortcomings of social work intervention were summarized,and the practical strategies and action logic of social workers in rural community culture construction were analyzed.The study found that the practical strategies of L Village cultural construction include: first,excavating community assets,mapping community assets,and making full use of community assets;second,combining community assets and advantages to carry out community culture creation activities;third,cultivating community organizations,while introducing foreign assets,and promoting the dissemination of L village community culture and the sustainable development of community culture.In this process,the flexible use of social work professional methods such as group work and community work effectively mobilizes residents to carry out collective actions around community cultural resources,stimulates the development of endogenous forces in the community,and achieves a good community culture creation effect.However,in the practice of L Village cultural construction,there are problems such as vague positioning of social workers,lack of sustainability in maintaining the construction effect,and insufficient participation of subjects under limited integration.Based on practical experience,it is proposed that social work should pay attention to community asset evaluation,carry out community cultural activities and establish community relationship networks from the perspective of asset-based social work intervention in rural community culture construction,in order to provide experience for social work to intervene in rural community culture construction.
