Research On Social Work Practice Of Community Building In W Naxi Village Of Lijiang From The Perspective Of Asset-based Community Development

With the successful completion of poverty alleviation,China has begun comprehensive rural revitalization,consolidating the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization to accelerate agricultural modernization and vigorously implement rural construction actions,is an important task at present.As an important part of China’s countryside,the border minority villages are an important challenge to the full implementation of rural revitalization in China,and it is of great significance to promote social organizations to participate in the rural revitalization of minority villages.Based on the investigation and research of the community building practice of Naxi traditional villages,this paper finds that the social governance of ethnic minority villages is special and typical,and it is of innovative exploration significance to promote community building in ethnic minority villages by means of social work.Based on this,this paper takes the community building practice carried out by the G organization in W village as the research object,and analyzes the assets of W village from the five levels of "people,culture,land,industry and landscape",and sets the goals of community building from three aspects: stimulating the endogenous driving force of sustainable development of villages,protecting and inheriting ethnic traditional culture,and promoting the integrated development of culture,agriculture and tourism in villages,and builds strategies for communities based on community assets,cultivating local social work talents,improving community backbone capabilities and stimulating villagers’ participation motivation.Logically,community building is divided into three stages: the mining of community assets,the stimulation of the effectiveness of community assets,and the effective integration of community assets.This paper comprehensively analyzes the content of community building in village W,and summarizes the experience of organization G in promoting community building in village W.The research finds that,in the context of the new era,the key to community building is to stimulate the endogenous power of people,and community building is the process of community interpersonal interaction network construction.Promoting the formation of community mutual assistance network through the cultivation of community social organizations and the construction of community living museums can effectively promote the deepening of the relationship between community residents.In this process,it is necessary to focus on the improvement of community residents’ awareness,the construction of public participation capacity and the stimulation of the endogenous power of villages,so as to restore the main position of community residents in community development,so as to promote the sustainable development of communities.
