| China’s social work talent team has grown from scratch,gradually showing scale and specialization,and is playing a greater and greater social impact.Due to the particularity of their occupation,professional social workers need to constantly contact and carry out services with all kinds of service object groups in need.The problem of service object is not invariable and fixed,but new problems will emerge with the deepening of service intervention,which needs to constantly update knowledge and provide professional method support.Therefore,the development of professional social work needs social work supervision.Starting from the actual development of local social work,G city continues to invest special financial funds to carry out the training of social work supervision talents in the form of project operation.Through systematic theoretical and practical training for students,G city helps experienced social workers master and skillfully use the relevant knowledge of supervision as soon as possible,so as to help front-line social workers improve the quality of service,so as to promote the improvement of the overall service quality of social workers.The practice of training social work supervision talents by centralized training has become a main mode of local social work talent training in G city.The trained social work supervision talents gradually play a role in the industry and contribute to the industry.Taking the practice project of social work supervision talents in G city as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study on the training practice of social work supervision talents in G city by using the methods of questionnaire survey,case study and interview from the aspects of supervision effectiveness,supervision curriculum system design,supervision management system and supervision continuous education.It is found that there are insufficient numbers of social work supervision talents,and the contents of supervision training courses need to be adjusted To solve the problems of insufficient supporting system for supervision personnel training and lack of construction of supervision continuous education learning platform,this paper puts forward some suggestions on supporting the vigorous training of supervision personnel,enriching the design of curriculum system,establishing supporting system measures for supervision personnel,and building continuous learning platform,so as to further promote the specialization,systematization and systematization of social work supervision personnel training. |
