As one of the important factors affecting college students’ continuous voluntary service, college students’ attitude towards volunteerism lacks attention in the existing qualitative and large sample quantitative research. In terms of research methods,it is difficult to avoid the influence of individual subjective unwillingness or inability to report. In this study,by using Implicit Association Test(IAT),the implicit volunteerism attitude at the unconscious level of the college students is focused, which has the advantage of being closer to the real attitude of college students towards volunteerism. This study has carried out two aspects of research.Study 1 explores the characteristics of college students’ implicit volunteerism attitude through the experimental method of IAT.According to the different degree of voluntary service participation, college students are divided into high degree of voluntary service participation and low degree of voluntary service participation, and implicit "Liking" and "Wanting" are used as indicators to reveal the specific characteristics of college students’ implicit volunteerism attitude. The experimental results show that:first, the overall implicit volunteerism attitudes of the two types of college students are positive;second, compared with those with low volunteerism participation, college students with high volunteerism participation have a more positive implicit volunteerism attitude;third, college students with high volunteerism participation have a significantly higher implicit "Liking" for volunteerism than implicit "Wanting".Study 2 tried to use social worker supervision as an intervention factor to test the influence on college students’ implicit volunteerism attitude.Select college students with high degree of participation in voluntary service who have a clear distinction between implicit "Liking" and "Wanting" of voluntary service, through a small sample randomized controlled trial,to explore the positive role of voluntary service supervision in improving college students’ implicit’"Liking" and "Wanting" for voluntary service. The experimental results show that voluntary service supervision can improve college students’ implicit "Wanting" for voluntary service. The main contribution of this study lies in:First, this study cuts into the individual perspective of college students and focuses on college students’ implicit voluntary service attitude, which enriches the theoretical perspective and breakthrough point of college students’ voluntary service research.Second,he IAT is used to measure the implicit volunteerism attitude of college students, which broadens the application scene and verifies the feasibility of the method.Third, the practical enlightenment is put forward from three aspects:improving the "reciprocal" closed loop of college students’voluntary service, paying attention to the college students who pay attention to the high degree of voluntary service participation and the voluntary service supervision entering colleges.
