| With the development of modern society and the cause of special education,special education teachers,as an important backbone of the special education cause,special education teachers face problems such as complex student management,more unexpected situations and repetitive work,making it more difficult for them to gain a sense of achievement and satisfaction in their work and prone to burnout and occupational stress,thus affecting their professional development.Appropriate stress encourages growth and progress,but excessive stress can have a negative impact on the mind and body.The adoption of a group work approach to intervention research on occupational stress among special education teachers can help to alleviate the problem of occupational stress among special education teachers and promote individual professional development,as well as contribute to the positive interaction of the special education profession.In this study,we selected L Institution as the research site and took the special education teachers of L Institution as the research subjects.Through the questionnaire and interview method,analyse the current situation of occupational stress of special education teachers in Institution L.There were mainly problems such as few ways to ventilate emotions,high pressure of student management,single way to reduce stress and weak social support.On this basis,using ABC theory and social support theory as a guide,the group work practice intervention was carried out to help group members vent their bad emotions,learn the knowledge and skills of stress relief and build up a supportive network,so as to achieve the purpose of relieving the occupational stress of special education teachers in L institutions.At the end of the group,the whole process was evaluated and reflected upon,and the results showed that the needs of the group members were met and the occupational stress of the group members was relieved to a certain extent.Finally,from the perspective of group work practice,we reflect on the use of social work in relieving the occupational stress of special education teachers and propose countermeasures,with a view to providing some reference value for the practical study of occupational stress of special education teachers. |
