Teachers undertake the responsibility of the times to shape the soul.Teacher training plays a significant role in professional development of teacher,which is the fundamental way to promote education reform and improves students' cultivation quality.Junior school history courses undertake the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating students,which should be in the core position of our education system.The junior school history teachers undertake the vital mission of promoting students' history literacy,analyzing the value of historic culture,cultivating students' spirit and personality and accelerating students' healthy growth.Nowadays,history course reform has been promoted furtherly,following the basic tasks of strengthening moral education and cultivating students and the value goal of core literacy.With the mark of disciplinary core accomplishment,Ordinary High School History Curriculum Standard(2017)was issued,and then many aspects of history education like course,textbook,teaching and evaluation will be stepped into a new changes.Researching these changes to appeal for professional development of middle school history teachers,carrying out scientific and effective training,helping history teachers to improve their professional level and to establish lifelong learning concept are important topics for the current history teacher training research.This article is problem orientation to study the important aspects of our Junior school history teacher training reform.The current situation and problems of present history teacher training were researched and analyzed to examine the cause and search a solution.For this purpose,we drew on experience from other developed countries of teacher training,utilized the PCK(Pedagogical Content Knowledge)theory,formed a preliminary course standard of junior school history teacher training,and evaluate the course standard.On the basis of the characteristic of history course,the demand of new age history course reform and the need of history teacher professional development,we analyzed pros,cons and pertinence of various training methods.Moreover,a novel junior school history teacher evaluation model was generated on the basis of Kirkpatrick model and CIPP model,the scientificity and efficiency of the model was verified through experiments.This article includes the following main contents:1.The current situation of our junior school history teacher training was investigated,the pros and cons with its result was analyzed,and the key issues which influence of training quality was sorted out.2.Based on the PCK theory and the professional development demand of different levels of junior school history teacher,a knowledge model of course teaching was formed.And then taking junior school history course as an example,a preliminary course standard of junior school history teacher training including ability diagnoses and course content was formed by using the model,the junior school history course history curriculum standard,core accomplishment of history course and junior school history textbooks.We also evaluate the course standard.3.In accordance with the situation of teacher training look down on evaluation,the necessity of evaluation of promotion of teacher training quality was brought out.On the basis of improved Kirkpatrick and CIPP models,and the four factors(conversion layer,learning layer,behavior layer and adjustment layer)of implementation of junior school history teacher training,a junior school history teacher evaluation model was generated.Throughout the experiments,a comprehensive assessment of effectiveness of junior school history teacher training was perform,verifying its scientificity and efficiency.From the aspects of training demand,course standard,course implementation and training evaluation,this article came up with multiple strategies in junior school history teacher training reform,hoping to stimulate the driving force of continuous learning through the effective training and to broaden the teachers' knowledge,vision and abilities,and break through themselves to become self-transcendence during the studying process,and then form their own teaching style and teaching philosophy.In summary,this thesis performs a relatively comprehensive discussion in professional,scientific and effective way which is based on the investigation of existing situation,empirical research and theoretical deliberation.The author expects that this thesis will provide a number of useful theoretical inspiration and practice instruction in the training reform of our junior history teacher.
