In this paper, the existing teacher-training designed to target "negative dialectic" basis, through to art colleges depth analysis of the current situation of teacher training, and actually carried out, the effective teacher training models, drawing on the faculty of the universities training strengths and experience, combined with training in art schools on the basis of population characteristics, restructuring and development of innovative model system for teacher training and evaluation standards, establish a set of characteristics in art schools new model of teacher training, teacher training effectiveness evaluation to establish policies, propose solutions to a number of issues in teacher education means and ways to change teacher training management concepts, ideas and update the definition of teacher training, so that the new teaching and training model to enhance the level of Teachers in the formation of a strong driving force for support.
