In August 2020,the Ministry of education and other seven ministries and commissions jointly issued the action plan for the construction of eight national youth campus football systems,pointing out that in the next step,the focus of campus football popularization will be shifted to kindergartens to carry out football enlightenment education focusing on cultivating interest.The theory of multiple intelligences was put forward by Howard Gardner,an American educator and psychologist,in 1983.It has had a far-reaching impact in the field of education and provided a new development direction for the reform and development of early childhood teaching.The purpose of this paper is to use the theory of multiple intelligences in children’s football teaching,so as to develop children’s physical quality,make children master the basic functional movements of football,and cultivate children’s interest in football.This paper takes the children’s football teaching under the theory of multiple intelligences as the research object.The methods of literature,expert interview,teaching experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics are used.The subjects were 50 large class children in Beigu kindergarten.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,including 14 boys and 11 girls in each group.The experimental group adopted the multi intelligence infant football teaching mode,and the control group adopted the skill mastery teaching mode.A 16 week teaching experiment was conducted twice a week,a total of 32 classes,each class for 30 minutes.Before and after the experiment,the children in the experimental group and the control group were tested for physical fitness,football functional movement mastery and football Learning Interest Questionnaire respectively,and the test results were analyzed.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The teaching mode of multi intelligence children’s football is based on the theory of multi intelligence,and the teaching guiding ideology is to teach through multi intelligence.The teaching goal is divided into cognitive goal,skill goal and emotional goal,and the eight intelligences are divided into three goal dimensions.The teaching process is composed of teaching classroom structure,teaching organization form and teaching strategy,and the teaching process is diversified.Teaching evaluation means combine process evaluation and situational evaluation to cultivate children’s interest in football and promote children’s physical and mental health development.(2)The multi intelligence infant football teaching mode can effectively develop the physical quality of 5-6-year-old children,including running,jumping,balance,agility,coordination,flexibility and hand object control ability.In particular,the development of children’s coordination and flexibility is better than the skill mastery teaching mode.(3)The multiple intelligences teaching mode can enable children to master certain football functional actions.There is a significant difference in the four test scores of children’s dribbling ability and passing and shooting ability,which shows that the multiple intelligences teaching mode can improve children’s dribbling ability and passing and shooting ability in football,and the effect is better than the skill mastery teaching mode.(4)The multiple intelligences soccer teaching model can effectively cultivate children’s interest in football,create a good atmosphere for children to learn football,let children experience the fun of football,and lay a good foundation for children to enter the later formal football training.
