With the development of society,there are more and more private social work organizations at home and abroad.As a part of the new social subject,they play a very important role in promoting the all-round development of society.Private social work organizations can well solve the problems of groups in urgent need of social attention,supplement the functional vacancy of the government and other market subjects,and provide important support for social harmony and stability.Although non-governmental social work organizations are public welfare in nature,they also need to create certain income to support the normal operation of various services and provide salary incentives for employees.The operation and management of the organization need to be responsible for its own profits and losses,otherwise it will face the risk of closure.At the same time,the healthy and long-term development of private social work organizations depends on the hard work of excellent social workers.In order to attract and retain excellent social work talents to help their development,the establishment of employee performance appraisal of private social work organizations is the key.However,in terms of the current development situation,the development of private social work organizations in China is still in its infancy,so they all lack the awareness of building an employee performance appraisal system first.It is precisely because most private social work organizations have not established a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system that most of them have low wages and lack of incentive mechanism.Taking a private social work organization as a case,this paper first makes an in-depth study and Analysis on the problems existing in the existing employee performance appraisal system of a private social work organization,and finds that the employee performance appraisal system of a private social work organization is relatively more reasonable than other private social work organizations.However,there are still some problems,such as the subjects involved in the final assessment are not rich enough,the form is too simple,and the application of the results is unreasonable,which has seriously affected the development of a private social work organization.After analyzing the problems,through the forms of questionnaire,investigation and face-to-face interview,combined with the relevant theories of performance appraisal,the performance appraisal indicators of a private social work organization are redesigned,and the performance appraisal indicators are quantitatively analyzed with the help of statistical software such as SPSS statistics,Yaahp and analytic hierarchy process.Finally,a set of performance appraisal system suitable for a private social work organization is constructed and practiced in the organization,It is found that after the implementation of the new assessment system,it can not only help its staff management to upgrade,but also greatly reduce the turnover rate of its employees,and promote the healthy development of a private social work organization.
