| At present,aging has become one of the remarkable characteristics of the world population structure.As an important issue facing the world,scholars from all walks of life have conducted in-depth research on the political,economic,cultural and other issues caused by population aging,and have made remarkable achievements.Among them,social exclusion,as a prominent problem faced by the elderly,has also become one of the problems studied by a large number of scholars.Relevant studies have put forward many constructive suggestions from the aspects of sociology,demography,medicine and so on,providing rich theoretical support for the solution of the problem of social exclusion of the elderly.China’s population is aging seriously,showing the characteristics of a large elderly population base,uneven distribution of the elderly population,and the deepening of the aging degree.By the end of 2020,China’s elderly over 60 years old have reached 18.7% of the country’s total population.The deepening population aging has become an important issue restricting China’s social development.In this regard,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has raised the active response to population aging as a national strategy,and in the "fourteenth five year plan" for the development of the national aging cause and the elderly care service system in December 2021,it proposed a specific plan to promote the social participation of the elderly and promote the innovative development practice of community elderly education.In the process of aging in China,the old people living in coal mining cities,as a group with obvious characteristics,have experienced the process of resource depletion and urban transformation with the development of the city.In this process,the old people in mining areas have shown a variety of prominent social problems,mainly as follows: there are a large number of old people in mining areas and the aging of mining communities is serious;The proportion of the elderly living alone and in empty nest mining areas is high;The general health level of the elderly in the mining area is low;Most of the old people in the mining area are lonely,pessimistic,with low social willingness,single social life and social exclusion from the mainstream society.Among them,the social exclusion of the elderly in the mining area is relatively serious,as follows: 1 The geographical isolation of urban space caused by the unified affordable housing resettlement;2.cultural and economic integration problems of the elderly in the mining area due to their professional background;3.problems of social belonging and identity brought about by changes in living environment and habits.In order to cope with the aging of the population,the state has vigorously advocated the education for the elderly under the background of active aging and lifelong education,and has taken the education for the elderly as an important strategy to improve the quality of life of the elderly and promote the healthy development of the national society.Because of its simplicity and convenience,community education fits the characteristics and needs of the elderly,and is suitable for solving the problem of social exclusion of the elderly in mining areas.In view of the social exclusion of the elderly in the mining area,this paper intends to study the internal mechanism of the community education participation of the elderly in the mining area,analyze the influencing factors that affect the willingness of the elderly in the mining area to participate in community education,form the design strategy of the community education service for the elderly in the mining area,and build the community education service system for the elderly in the mining area in combination with the service design method.By stimulating the willingness to participate in community education for the elderly,Realize the social integration of the elderly in the mining area.This study takes Binhe New Community(Shiguai mining area resettlement site)in Baotou City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research case.The data of the elderly in this geological and mining area are collected,and a total of 238 valid data are obtained.SPSS and AMOS software are used for data statistical analysis,and the following main studies are carried out:1.Through combing the existing research on social integration and community elderly education,using the planned behavior theory(TPB)and social cognition theory(SCT),extracting the core elements,building a theoretical structural equation model of the willingness to participate in community education for the elderly in the mining area,and using empirical methods to study the interaction between attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavior control,self-efficacy,result expectation,social factors and willingness to participate.2.Using the structural equation model method,it is verified that attitude,perceived behavior control,self-efficacy and outcome expectation have a positive impact on the willingness of the elderly to participate in community education in the mining area.Subjective norms and social factors have no significant impact on the willingness of the elderly to participate in community education in the mining area.Self-efficacy and outcome expectation have a mediating role in the impact of social factors on the willingness to participate.3.According to the conclusion of the structural equation model of the willingness of the elderly in the mining area to participate in community education,combined with the service design process,the service design strategy is proposed.According to the internal needs and design strategies of the elderly in the mining area,the community elderly education service system in the mining area is constructed,hoping to stimulate the willingness of the elderly in the mining area to participate in community education and promote the social participation of the elderly in the mining area in the form of community elderly education,Provide support for achieving the goal of social integration of the elderly in the mining area. |
