| In sprint training,physical fitness training undoubtedly occupies the core and leading position.How to effectively choose training methods is an important problem in physical fitness training.Using the research methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this study carried out a 12 week experimental study on 27 sprinters in Yueyang sports school.The experimental group used HIIT training plan and the control group used mict training plan.The experimental results show that:(1)after the experiment,the self-control of the experimental group before and after the experiment found that the boys’ vital capacity and 1000 meter performance increased significantly compared with that before the experiment,and there were significant differences in the performance of standing long jump.The self-control results of female athletes show that in addition to the significant improvement of vital capacity and 800 meter performance,the performance of 50 meter race has also been improved to a certain extent.(2)Through the self-control of the control group before and after the experiment,the speed quality and explosive power level of male athletes have been significantly improved.The vital capacity of female athletes and the ability of 50 meter running have been enhanced to some extent,with obvious differences(P < 0.05),but the improvement effect on endurance,strength and flexibility is not obvious.(3)Through the comparison between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,it is found that there are significant changes in vital capacity index and endurance quality test index between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).The test results of the two groups of male athletes are improved in different degrees compared with those before the experiment.The experiment shows that,High intensity interval training is more effective in improving the cardiopulmonary ability and endurance quality of male sprinters.The indexes of 50 meter running,vital capacity and endurance quality of female athletes have also been significantly improved,indicating that HIIT is more effective in improving athletes’ speed,endurance and leg strength.Generally speaking,high-intensity interval training has an excellent effect in improving athletes’ speed and endurance quality.The results can provide corresponding reference for the physical fitness training of sprinters. |
