National Youth Games is a comprehensive sports meeting,it is our youth sports one of the important performance,but also a reflection of the status of adolescents' physical function,mental outlook of the big event,it is the basic education department of sports and youth sports teaching in a comprehensive review.This paper,using the method of literature,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,to participate in the national and Xinjiang Youth Games sprinter's physiue and performance as the research object,on the relationship between the movement form and sports performance launches the research,to identify the impact of related factors of the competitive level of athletes,and the Xinjiang training of Sprinters in the presence of Problems,combined with the characteristics of Xinjiang sprint athletes,put forward the development of the training strategy of sprint training,in order to promote the Xinjiang youth sprint track and field athletics level.Sprinters to obtain excellent performance,it is necessary to have strong physical,skilled technology and stable state of mind,through the use of the best technology,reasonable distribution of physical fitness,to a stable state of mind obtain the excellent sport achievement.For athletic performance obtained,physical fitness is the basis of athletic performance,physical fitness of athletes in the game play a direct impact on the result of the competition,through training,using various effective ways and means,the transformation of the body shape and improve the body function,development of sports uality so as to improve athletic performance.Technology is key to obtain the athletic performance of,is an important determinant of athletic ability and give full play to the teacher.Division in the teaching practice,to strengthen the sprint education to the students the importance of efforts.Attitude is to obtain the security for the sports performance.For athletes,good physical fitness and technology,without the assurance of good psychological uality,it is not possible to obtain excellent sports results.Finally,the author suggests that coaches first to strengthen the attention to the selection of athletes,specified by the scientific material standards,and the implementation of the talent pool.Secondly,strengthen the training of athletes body function,scientific and reasonable arrangements for the athletes training and special training,to promote comprehensive improvement of athletes body function by the effect of training.The third to strengthen athlete's psychological training,thesimulated training and competition law,from the time,times and amount and intensity strengthen comprehensive physical fitness training,and comprehensively improve the athletes comprehensive physical.Fourth,strengthen communication between coaches learning,run regular class physical training coaches,hire Domestic and foreign well-known fitness expert lectures,selected coach to the national team and provincial demonstration of learning,in order to improve the level of training of coaches.
