The General Administration of Sports has issued a series of policies on the basic physical fitness of athletes,which have also achieved certain results,improving the physical fitness of athletes and enhancing their confidence.For young sprinters,basic physical stamina is the key to improving specific performance,and at the same time it can maximize the potential of the athletes.Based on the expert interview method and questionnaire survey method,this paper uses experimental methods to conduct 8-week experimental intervention and statistical analysis on 7 adolescent sprinters in the experimental group and the control group,and uses intra-group and inter-group comparisons to study the effects of basic physical training on adolescents.The influence of sprinter’s 100-meter performance.Through intervention,there were no significant differences in the percentage of body fat in the ten indicators of basic physical fitness in the experimental group,the percentage of body fat and pull-ups in the control group(P>0.05);there was a significant difference in the improvement in 100-meter performance between the experimental group and the control group;The experimental group and the control group have ten basic physical stamina and five basic physical stamina indicators show a strong correlation with the 100-meter performance.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.Through eight weeks of training,it is found that both basic physical training and traditional physical fitness training have a significant improvement effect on the eight indicators of the ten basic physical fitness,and basic physical training can significantly improve the upper limb strength of athletes.2.Before the experiment,the increase in body fat percentage,relative strength of squat,vertical jump,30-meter running,and pull-ups of the experimental group and the control group had a stronger effect on the improvement of 100-meter performance.3.After the experiment,through a comparative analysis of the 100-meter performance improvement of the two groups of athletes,it is concluded that the 100-meter performance improvement of the experimental group is significantly greater than that of the control group.Therefore,the basic physical fitness training is added to the training to improve the 100-meter performance of the young sprinters.better.4.After the experiment,the increase in body fat percentage,relative strength of squat,vertical jump,30-meter running,and pull-ups of the experimental group and the control group had a stronger effect on the improvement of 100-meter performance.Therefore,special attention should be paid to the basic physical training of these five indicators in training. |
