| The 2016 National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities was held in Beijing.General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the conference,emphasizing that ideological and political work should run through the whole process of education and teaching.The following year,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held,and it was proposed: "We must fully implement the Party’s educational policy,implement the fundamental task of morality and cultivating people,develop quality education,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.".The "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Education System and Mechanism" promulgated in the same year pointed out that it is necessary to conduct in-depth exploration of the moral education links and contents contained in each course,and attach importance to the course ideology and politics from the perspective of ideology.This is the first time that the concept of "course ideology and politics" has appeared in a document issued by the central government.Nowadays,the practice of curriculum ideology and politics is mainly concentrated in the higher education stage.In order to expand the research field of curriculum ideology and politics to the middle school stage,and based on the hidden characteristics of curriculum ideology and politics,it is proposed to carry out ideological and political education in high school chemistry classrooms through the situational teaching method.,implement the ideological and political concept of the curriculum,give full play to the educational value of the chemistry subject,and realize the fundamental task of morality and education.This study uses the literature method to sort out the research content,summarize the research background,domestic and foreign research status and related concept connotations,etc.,to lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.By conducting teacher interviews,we can understand teachers’ knowledge and attitudes about curriculum ideology and politics,the practice of curriculum ideology and politics,and the difficulties encountered in the practice process,and summarize the three difficulties in implementing curriculum ideology and politics,including teachers’ views on curriculum ideology and politics.The understanding is not deep enough,the curriculum ideology and knowledge teaching cannot be fully integrated,and the implementation of curriculum ideology and politics is not standardized enough.By conducting student questionnaires,we can understand students’ basic attitudes towards chemistry and ideological and political education in chemistry classrooms.Explore the ideological and political material contexts contained in the knowledge of "Compulsory Course 1" in High School Chemistry,and design three ideological and political practice teaching designs for chemistry courses based on contextual teaching,including "Chlorine and Its Compounds","Metal Materials" and "Atomic Structure and Elements" Periodic Table".Carry out empirical research,apply the designed situational materials and teaching cases to actual teaching activities,and understand the effect of ideological and political practice in chemistry courses based on situational teaching.In terms of ideological and political literacy,students have improved to a certain extent in the five ideological and political dimensions of dialectical materialism philosophy,family and country feelings,moral and cultural literacy,scientific literacy and discipline values.Among them,the dialectical materialism philosophy and scientific literacy have improved less,and the improvement of disciplinary values is the most obvious.In terms of academic performance,the ideological and political practice of chemistry courses can improve students’ performance to a certain extent,and the effect of improving the performance of underachievers is more obvious. |
