With the gradual advancement of quality education in my country,the construction of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools has received extensive attention from the education department and all sectors of society,and the status and treatment of physical education teachers have also been generally improved.Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools are the direct implementers of organizing school physical education activities and cultivating students’ physical and mental health.Teachers’ job satisfaction and work engagement It is the main factor to improve the quality of physical education classroom teaching and the overall work level of school physical education.This paper studies the current situation and relationship between the job satisfaction and work engagement of physical education teachers in XPCC primary and secondary schools,and obtains the degree of correlation between the two,in order to further confirm whether job satisfaction has an impact on work engagement,and provide future school management and physical education.Provide reference suggestions for the construction of the teaching team.This research mainly uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to support the research progress.Taking some primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps as the survey object,a total of 486 questionnaires were distributed,429 valid questionnaires,and the effective rate was 88.3%.The questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS25.0 and AMOS26.0 software,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Corps The overall situation of job satisfaction and work engagement of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools is at an upper-middle level;(2)The job satisfaction of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the XPCC is based on age,marital status,teaching age,educational background,teaching period,establishment,professional title,and weekly class hours.There are significant differences in demographic variables such as school location,school location,and monthly income;there are no significant differences in demographic variables such as gender,class teacher,coach,and administrative work;(3)The work investment of PE teachers in the primary and secondary schools of the Corps is in There are significant differences in demographic variables such as age,marital status,teaching age,education,establishment,professional title,administrative work,weekly class hours,and monthly income;populations such as gender,teaching period,class teacher,coach,school location,and school area There is no significant difference in statistical variables;(4)There is a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and work engagement of PE teachers in XPCC primary and secondary schools;(5)Work itself,work environment,promotion and education,work income and school management of PE teachers in XPCC primary and secondary schools It has a predictive effect on work engagement,and its common explanation is 30.6%.Based on the above research results,this paper proposes recommendations from three levels: society,school and individual.Social level:(1)Implement various policies to protect the rights and interests of teachers;(2)Create a social atmosphere that respects teachers and values "body",and improves the social status of physical education teachers.School level:(1)Improve school conditions and optimize the working environment;(2)Establish a scientific and reasonable promotion system and training mechanism.Personal level:(1)Strengthen the study of subject knowledge and improve the level of professional skills;(2)Change the teaching concept and establish correct professional values.
