| With China’s entering an aging society,the population problem will be an important problem restricting China’s economic development.Therefore,China will fully implement the two child policy in 2016,aiming to change China’s population structure in the future.In terms of age,the post-80 s generation,as the only child generation,will be the main beneficiaries of the two child policy.With the increase of work and life pressure,it will have a significant impact on the implementation of the two-child policy whether the post-80 s urban working women can choose the two-child under the dual pressure of life and work.In order to further understand the childbearing wishes of the post-80 s professional women under the two-child policy,analyze the influencing factors of the two-child childbearing wishes of this group,master the response of different age groups to the two-child policy,and provide reference for the evaluation of the effect of the two-child policy issued by the state.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and descriptive mathematical statistical analysis to study the status quo and influencing factors of the fertility intention of the "post-80s" urban professional women in Guiyang city.Through thedistribution of the questionnaire and the statistical processing of the data,the logistic regression model is adopted to explain the influence direction and the role of different factors on the fertility intention,and the promotion of Guiyang city is proposed“ The Countermeasures of the fertility intention of urban professional women after the "80" period.The conclusion is as follows:First of all,the results of logistic regression analysis showed that the willingness of men to have two children was higher than that of women.The education level of junior college and undergraduate and the level of0.05 were significantly related to the dependent variable willingness to have two children.There was a positive correlation between family income,housing status,whether to take part in endowment insurance and medical insurance and willing to have two children.The "post-80s" urban working women with one child gender as a boy have lower fertility intention than the "post-80s" urban working women with one child gender as a girl.The care and support of the grandparents stimulated the second child’s willingness to bear.There were no significant differences in occupation,marital status,parents’ attitudes towards the birth of two children,whether they were only children or not,and whether they wanted to have two children.Secondly,the paper concludes that under the "comprehensive two child" policy,the two child childbearing dilemma of the "post-80s" urban professional women,the economicfactor is the direct factor to inhibit the two child childbearing intention,the change of childbearing concept is the internal mechanism to affect the two child childbearing,and the lack of social support system is the external factor to weaken the two child childbearing intention.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the fertility intention of the "post-80s" urban professional women in Guiyang from the aspects of strengthening the propaganda and guidance of the "two children" policy,improving the dynamic adjustment mechanism of the reward and support standards,improving the supporting policies for childbearing,and strengthening the policy incentives for the "post-80s" urban professional women.Through this study,it is helpful to provide theoretical reference for the subsequent birth supporting policies and provide theoretical guidance for social development.At the same time,it provides practical reference for the improvement of Guiyang’s fertility policy,provides guidance for the state to issue supporting policies to promote the improvement of the second child fertility rate,ensures the implementation effect of the second child policy to achieve the expected goal,and promotes the optimization of China’s population structure and the sustainable development of society. |
