As the current domestic research on the ability index system and ability improvement of foreign students in colleges and universities is relatively small and incomplete,this work has an extremely important effect on the improvement of the teaching ability of foreign students in Heilongjiang Province and even the whole country,so in-depth It is of great practical significance to study the countermeasures to improve the teaching ability of foreign students in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province.With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,especially the deepening of the reform of the education system,China has higher requirements for the teaching level of college teachers,but the reality is not optimistic.The quality of foreign students in colleges and universities is uneven,and there is a lack of effective evaluation systems and improvement plans.In order to further improve the quality of international student training,enhance my country’s international influence,and cultivate a large number of patriotic friends,it is imperative to improve the ability of foreign student teachers in colleges and universities.This research summarizes the current research status at home and abroad,and uses it as a basis to carry out analysis work;defines the basic connotation of the teaching ability of foreign students in colleges and universities,analyzes its specific characteristics,and investigates the current status and current abilities of foreign students and teachers in colleges and universities Analyze the deficiencies of the teaching ability of foreign students in Heilongjiang Province;through meta-document analysis and questionnaire survey,analyze the different elements that constitute the teaching ability of foreign students in Heilongjiang Province,and then obtain the relative MECE evaluation indicators through questionnaires and logical analysis;The judgment matrix is obtained through the analytic hierarchy process,and the consistency of each evaluation index is judged to be intact,and the weight of each single element is obtained using the analytic hierarchy process to construct a complete index evaluation system.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to empirically verify the index system.The test found that there are general deficiencies in the teaching ability of foreign students in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province;finally,based on the analysis of the ability defects,a logical analysis is carried out,and a series of ability improvement strategies are obtained.
