Study On The Management Of Ideological And Political Work In Courses Of Provincial Undergraduate Colleges

The ideological and political work in courses is an important channel and inevitable path for colleges and universities to carry out the basic task of fostering virtue through education.It has become the main front of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.In order to strengthen the construction of the front and implement this new educational concept and teaching mode,scientific and effective management mechanism is needed,thus ensuring the full play of the ideological and political work of the curriculum.This thesis focuses on three important parts of teaching management: teaching plan management,teaching operation management and teaching quality management and evaluation,while taking the Collaborative governance theory and the total quality management theory as the theory basis.Abiding by the relevant standards and requirements in The Guiding Outline of Ideological and Political Construction of College Courses,the problems and causes of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in teaching management are analyzed through case study,while learning from the experience of ideological and political construction and management of the two universities in Shanghai and two universities in Beijing,which are the first to carry out ideological and political research and experiment of curriculum in China.Some relevant suggestions on ideological and political management of curriculum in universities are put forward.Through the investigation of the cases,we can see that there are some problems in the teaching management: It is difficult to fit the teaching management model with the ideological and political requirements of the curriculum,the ideological and political goal system of the curriculum is not sound enough,the effect of collaborative education needs to be improved,and the ideological and political evaluation system of the curriculum is not perfect and so on.The reasons for the above problems are not only about the management and organization,but also about the teaching resources themselves.To improve this situation,it is suggested that colleges should further improve the management system and clarify the division of functions at the management level.In the aspect of teaching plan management,we should perfect the curriculum system of talent training program and the goal of moral education.In the aspect of teaching operation management,we should fully mobilize teaching resources and establish guarantee mechanism.In the aspect of teaching evaluation management,we should construct perfect evaluation system and design value target reasonably in evaluation index,and strengthen the application of evaluation result.
