Research On The Challenges And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Work In Colleges And Universities Under Public Emergencies

At present,Chinese society is in an important transition period.Various risks are intertwined and superimposed,resulting in frequent occurrence of public emergencies,which has become an important factor threatening social security and development.Public emergencies have an impact on college students' psychology,thoughts,and behaviors,which in turn pose challenges to the development of ideological and political work and the achievement of educational goals in colleges and universities.How to bring into full play to the superiorities and functions of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and effectively prevent and respond to public emergencies and the risks and crises brought about by them,has become an important research topic in ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Based on this,this article takes the Marxist risk prevention thought,risk society theory,crisis management theory and ideological and political education function theory as the analysis basis,and divides it into four parts to study the challenges and countermeasures facing the ideological and political work in colleges and universities under public emergencies.Firstly,it gives a more comprehensive overview of the concept,type,level and basic characteristics of public emergencies,the concept and scientific connotation of Ideological and political work in colleges and universities.On this basis,it analyzes and explains the unique function and status of ideological and political work in colleges and universities under public emergencies.Secondly,it explains in detail the theoretical basis used for reference in this paper,and explains the practical significance of this study.Among them,the theoretical basis mainly includes Marxist risk prevention thought,risk society theory,crisis management theory and the function theory of ideological and political education;The practical needs of college students and colleges for ideological and political work in colleges and universities constitute the practical significance of the research.Thirdly,from the four dimensions of institutional system,team construction,content construction and platform construction,it analyzes the existing achievements and challenges of ideological and political work in colleges and universities under sudden public events,and proposes that in practical work,the ideological and political work in colleges and universities should be There is still a gap between the actual and actual needs of emergency system construction,the gap between the actual and realistic requirements of organizational team construction,the conflict between the slow update of educational content and the urgency of reality,he unity of platform use and the diversity of realistic needs.challenges such as conflicts exist.Finally,in response to these practical challenges,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from two levels of work philosophy,principles and specific strategies.It is believed that the combination of scientific and human nature should be adhered to,and humanistic care should be emphasized;the combination of prevention and emergency response should be adhered to,and the work concept and principle of "prevention first" should be adhered to;Timely update the course content,multi-dimensional integration of platform resources and other four dimensions to deal with.
