Nowadays,although there are resistance training method and rapid expansion and contraction training method in college entrance examination,there is no systematic training method to combine them.Lack of training methods to develop students’ maximum strength,explosive force quality and movement quality simultaneously.In two training classes to the same muscle group training will increase the physical burden of students lead to body fatigue.Therefore,this research selects these two common training methods which have better training effects and integrates them into a compound training method,which is applied to the training of college entrance examination physical education students,to observe the training effects of the two training methods and the compound training method on the four sports achievements of the college entrance examination physical education students,and to point out which training method is more suitable for the training of the students and has a greater increase in the students’ achievements,and for the future research in this area to provide theoretical and practical value.The main research methods of this paper are the methods of Literature,experiment and mathematical statistics,taking the effect of compound training method on the achievement of college entrance examination physical education students in Shanxi Province as the research object,and selecting 20 college entrance examination physical education students as the experimental object,the experimental group was randomly divided into the experimental group and the Control Group.The experimental group adopted the compound training method,the control group adopted the routine training method,the experimental group and the Control Group underwent the intervention training for 12 weeks respectively,and carried out the four physical tests for the college entrance examination of Shanxi Province,and carries on the statistics and the analysis to the test result,obtains the following conclusion:(1)After the experiment,both the experimental group and the Control Group improved significantly compared with the pre-experiment group and the Control Group,both of the two training methods can effectively improve the four sports scores of the college entrance examination.(2)The results of 100-meter run,1-minute barbell jerk and 800-meter run in the experimental group were not significantly different from those of the control group after the experiment,but the experimental group 100-meter run,one-minute barbell jerk results improved slightly higher than the Control Group of two results.(3)There is a significant difference between the results of the experimental group and the Control Group after the experiment.(4)Compared with the traditional training method,the compound training method has a more significant effect on the improvement of the explosive force of the lower limbs,but not on the improvement of the maximum strength of the lower limbs. |
