The physical education entrance exam is crucial for every student who aspires to enter with a physical education major.As the physical education entrance exam score increases year by year,the requirements for speed and strength in training have become higher and higher in recent years.In order to get good results in the physical education entrance examination,training is essential.However,how to train to be able to improve the sports entrance exam scores has been a matter of great concern.In past studies,fast stretching compound training has been proven to have significant effects on improving physical fitness and athletic ability.It is still an important method and concept to improve explosive power and speed qualities.It belongs to one of the training methods to strengthen the rapid strength,not only beneficial to strengthen the efficiency of the use of muscle elastic potential energy and neuromuscular control effectiveness,but also in a short period of time to enhance muscle strength.Therefore,this paper is based on the use of rapid stretching compound training to verify whether it can promote the athletic performance of physical education candidates and whether it also has a positive impact on improving the performance of physical education entrance examinations.This paper uses literature,expert interview,experimental method,and mathematical statistics to analyze the basic athletic ability test and the compulsory physical education examination test of 40 physical education students in the First Senior High School of Ruzhou City,Henan Province,which includes 30 meters,vertical jump and touch height,and the compulsory physical education examination item which includes 100 meters,standing long jump,and in-situ shot put.Based on the school’s current conditions and the students’ specific physical qualities,a specific fast-track composite training program was designed to compare the test scores of the control group and the experimental group before and after the training to check and verify the effect of fast-track composite training on the corresponding test scores of the physical education entrance examination in the required items and athletic ability.The following conclusions were drawn from the 10-week experiment:After 10 weeks’ experiment,(1)The results of sports ability test show that compared with the control group,the scores of the experimental group in 30 meters and jumping and touching the heights have been significantly improved,and the test scores of the students in the experimental group are significantly better than those in the control group,and there is a significant difference between the two groups,which shows that the rapid expansion and contraction compound training plays a significant role in improving the sports ability of college entrance examination students.(2)The test results of the compulsory items in the physical education college entrance examination show that the test scores of the experimental group and the control group in 100 m,standing long jump and in-situ shot put have made obvious progress,and the test scores of the experimental group are significantly higher than those of the control group,and there are significant differences between the two groups.Therefore,the results of 100-meter,standing long jump and in-situ shot put of physical education college entrance examination students can be improved efficiently through the rapid expansion and contraction compound training method.(3)In the comparative analysis of the three total scores of the compulsory physical education college entrance examination,the scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved,and the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.Therefore,it is feasible to add the compound training of rapid expansion and contraction to the daily training of college entrance examination students,which can better improve the scores of college entrance examination students.(4)Both the compound training of rapid expansion and contraction and the routine training can improve the sports performance of college entrance examination students,but the effect of compound training of rapid expansion and contraction on improving the sports ability and sports performance of college entrance examination students is obviously better than the routine training.
