| Education plays a fundamental,guiding and overarching role in China’s modernization drive.It is an important cornerstone for national rejuvenation and social progress,and a cause of decisive significance for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At present,we have made great achievements in education reform and development.We have realized the full popularization of compulsory education,but we also face the problem of uneven educational resources.Collectivized school running is an effective way to improve the quality of compulsory education and promote the high quality and balanced development of compulsory education.At present,the group running school of compulsory education in our country is still in the process of groping,many problems have not been effectively solved.Policy is an important driving force to promote education reform.At present,all regions are exploring the collectivized school-running mode,and some localities have issued relevant policy documents,providing new ideas for promoting collectivized school-running and realizing the quality and balance of educational resources.Based on the perspective of education policy,this paper discusses the effect of Hainan Province’s compulsory education group running school policy on improving educational efficiency and promoting the balanced development of compulsory education.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction;Part two probes into the developing history of the group education running school from two aspects:the background of the group education running school policy in our country,the implementation of the group education running school policy in various provinces and the practice of the group education running school policy in Hainan Province.The third part through the questionnaire to understand the current policy of teachers and parents on the effectiveness of the compulsory education group school and policy suggestions,at the same time using the multiple linear model to analyze the impact of the group school on the moral development and academic development of students and make a difference analysis;The fourth part analyzes the policy problems and causes of the collectivism of compulsory education in Hainan Province.The fifth part puts forward the policy suggestions for the collectivized running of compulsory education in Hainan Province,including perfecting the collectivized running of school governance mechanism,optimizing the allocation of educational resources,insisting on fairness orientation and curbing the monopoly of educational resources,and establishing a diversified evaluation system.The sixth part is conclusion and prospect. |
