Shanxi Province Football Characteristic Kindergarten Football Activity Evaluation Index System Building Research

Since the release of the "Notice on the Pilot Work of Infant Football" in 2019,infant football has developed from scratch to vigorous development,which cannot be separated from the strong support of national policies.In the context of the initial success of the construction of youth football characteristic schools,it is a foundation move for football to move down to the early childhood stage.Ten years later,there will be a substantial increase in football population.Nowadays,football characteristic kindergarten create work progresses day by day,in football as a carrier to enhance children’s health,make the children have fun,and at the same time exercise will,healthy personality is the education concept of football activities,but the characteristic kindergarten positions of football,football education department for examination and approval and set up a new football features kindergarten at the exploration stage,Lack of scientific and operable kindergarten evaluation index system with football characteristics.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance for this study to construct an evaluation index system for soccer activities in soccer featured kindergartens in Shanxi Province and promote the construction of soccer featured kindergartens,which is also the starting point of this study.This study using the literature material method,Delphi method,ahp method and mathematical statistics,the consult literature material,using Delphi method,preliminary finished football characteristic kindergarten football activity in Shanxi Province and the construction of the evaluation index system of the weights using the analytic hierarchy process analysis,completed the assessment standards,assessment scale formation,In order to verify the practicality of this index system,two kindergartens with soccer characteristics were selected to conduct field evaluation.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The theoretical basis of constructing the evaluation index system of football activities in football characteristic kindergartens in Shanxi Province is the comprehensive evaluation theory and the evaluation theory of early childhood education.The construction principles are four principles: comprehensiveness,scientificity,purpose and operability;The Delphi method is used to screen the evaluation indexes of football activities in football characteristic kindergartens in Shanxi Province,forming 5 first-class indexes,16 second-class indexes and36 third-class indexes,including organization and management,condition guarantee,education and teaching,cultural atmosphere and home education;(2)Use analytic hierarchy process to calculate the synthetic weight coefficient of each index in the evaluation index system of football activities in kindergartens with football characteristics in Shanxi Province,establish the evaluation standard,and make the evaluation scale;(3)Empirical results show that the three football characteristics of kindergarten children’s football activities in Shanxi Province overall performance is good,the shortcoming in teacher training,the supervision of the inspection,such as movement security system is not perfect;Football characteristic kindergarten teachers lack of professional football,and teacher training efforts is not big,less practice class training;Children’s day activities of football less content;Research on development park characterized football game;Football characteristic kindergarten football culture to ascend;Form a single football culture propaganda,football activity report dynamics is insufficient and so on.(4)The evaluation index system of football activities of football characteristic kindergartens in Shanxi Province constructed by this research can scientifically evaluate the development level of football characteristic kindergartens at this stage,and can be used as a tool to measure the development level of football characteristic kindergartens in Shanxi Province.
