| Making educational informatization policy is the key measure of developing educational informatization and promoting educational modernization in China.Local areas strive to implement national policies and formulate their own educational informatization policies to facilitate the development of educational informatization and promote the realization of educational modernization of the country as a whole.At present,there are obvious regional differences between east and west in China,and the development level of regional education informatization is not balanced.It is very necessary to study the development direction and characteristics of current education informatization policy from the perspective of policy structure,so as to optimize and adjust the policy and promote the sustainable development of regional education informatization.In the past five years(2017-2021),this study searched 77 policy texts of Beijing in the eastern representative region,82 policy texts of Henan in the central representative region,and 35 policy texts of Guizhou in the western representative region from official websites closely related to education informatization.Based on grounded theory and co-word analysis,this paper studies the characteristics of regional educational informatization policy structure in east and West China.Firstly,the policy text of each region is imported into Nvivo software for open coding,and keywords are extracted,and the keywords coword matrix of each region is made by Excel software.Secondly through SPSS software for similar keywords word matrix and matrix clustering analysis reveals that the regional structure of education informatization policy,by multidimensional scaling analysis discussing the relationship between the policy of the regional structure,and combining the regional policy structure relations and the structure of the substructure internal policy measures in two aspects to analyze our country regional education informatization policy structure characteristics,Finally,a conclusion is drawn and specific policy suggestions are put forward.The conclusions of this study are as follows:the policy structure of regional education informatization is not perfect;Regional educational informatization policy structure is not balanced.Features,for example,the regional education informationization are covered in the policy structure information network and platform,information technology and industry,information technology application and activity,information talent and team factor,but the eastern region has also focused on the discipline convergence factor,the central region on the information-based teaching reform factors of teachers’ education and management and informationization,the western region focus on the information technology teacher education elements;In addition,different structures of regional educational informatization policy pay different attention.The core of educational informatization policy in the eastern region is information technology and industry,but less attention is paid to the integration of disciplines.The core of educational informatization policy in the central region is information teaching reform and management,but less attention is paid to information teacher education.However,the policy of educational informatization in western China pays more attention to information talents and teams than to information technology and industry.Finally,based on the conclusions,the research puts forward the guidance of strengthening the national educational informatization policy system to local and regional educational informatization policy,further improving the policy structure and connotation of regional educational informatization,attaching importance to regional characteristics,and exploring innovative regional educational informatization policy suggestions.It is expected to be helpful to the formulation of regional educational informatization policy and the promotion of educational informatization level in this region. |
