In 2016,our government promulgated the outline of the Healthy China 2030 plan, which proposes to build a healthy China with People's health as the center, health intervention programs for special groups such as adolescents, women, the elderly, occupational groups and the disabled have been formulated and implemented. As a special group of children with autism spectrum disorder, their physical and mental health problems should be paid more attention to.The prevalence of autism spectrum disorder(ASD-RRBis increasing year by Yeaccordingding to a report releasedAprilpril 2015,the number of people WASD ASD in our country is estimated to exceed 2 million. At present, there is no clear conclusion about the cause and pathogenesis of autism spectrum disorder, and no effective therapy or drug has been found to cure autism spectrum disorder.Children's fun track and field as a sports activity first appeared in the German Federation of Athletics, which is based on the basic sports of track and field in the form of games to practice.Compared with the traditional track and field events,it is beneficial to improve the physical quality of primary school students and cultivate their interest in sports, children's fun track and field has been proven to improve the physical and mental health of young children, but the degree of improvement of children with autism spectrum disorders is still in the exploratory stage. Therefore, this study investigated the effect of children's interest in track and field on the improvement of autism spectrum disorder(ASD-RRB-through 16-week intervention OASD ASD children,to provide a variety of approaches for the effective rehabilitation of children with autism spectrum disorders in the future.Research methods:the research methods used in this paper are literature, experiment, mathematical statistics, scale, interview. To explore the influence of children's interest track and field on every dimension of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD-RRB-,some reasonable methods and suggestions are put forward for the rehabilitation of children with autism spectrum disorder.Research results:After a 16 week experiment, the experimental group of children with children’s fun track and field intervention showed significant improvements in several dimensions of CARS and ATEC scales compared to before the experiment(P=0.003,P<0.05),(P=0.004,P<0.05),especially in terms of speech/language/communication,social communication, and sensation/perception;The control group of children with traditional track and field intervention showed no significant improvement in their abilities in several dimensions of CARS and ATEC scales compared to before the experiment(P=0.182,P>0.05),(P=0.174,P>0.05);After the experiment, the children in the experimental group showed more significant improvement in their abilities in several dimensions of the CARS and ATEC scales compared to the control group(P=0.037,P<0.05)and(P=0.048,P<0.05).Research conclusion:1.After a 4-month children’s fun track and field training, children with autism were tested using the CARS scale to determine their interpersonal relationships, physical ability, adaptability to environmental changes, imitation(words and actions),visual reactions, emotional reactions, anxiety reactions, relationships with non living objects, proximity sensory reactions, auditory reactions, language communication, intellectual function, nonverbal communication, activity level The overall impression shows significant improvement in several aspects.2.After a 4-month children’s fun track and field training,it was found through ATEC scale testing that children’s fun track and field training has a significant improvement effect on speech/language/communication,social skills, and sensory/perceptual abilities in children with autism.
