Menopause is an important stage for middle-aged women as they transition to old age.At this stage,their metabolic rate is decreasing,so buttock fat begins to collect in their waist and abdomen.Obesity is the most prominent feature of menopausal women.Body obesity not only affects the beauty of women's bodies,but also the fat buildup accompanied by obesity.Liver disease,hypertension,hyperglycemia and other related diseases can also seriously affect the physical and mental health of menopausal women.With the implementation of national policies such as the National Fitness Program(2016-2020)and the Outline of the "Healthy China 2030" Program,becoming more fit has gradually become a trend under the background of "Healthy China".Nowadays,with the rapid improvement of people's living standards,dietary structure has changed resulting in a sharp increase in the domestic obese population.Climacteric women now compose a large percentage of the population in China as a special social group.Therefore,it is imperative to explore the essential role of fitness activities like gymnastics and dance in the body-building and fat-reducing of climacteric women.This paper uses scientific principles to analyze 20 women aged 45-55 years old whom reside at Hubei Vocational and Technical College.These 20 women make up the subject of the research effort.The women were chosen because they healthy and have a body fat percentage between 23%-36%.In view of the needs of menopausal women's physical and mental health,this paper develops a recommendation for gymnastics and dancing.The women are given physical examinations and are asked to fill out health questionnaires in the pre-test period.During the experiment,several parameters were controlled.The frequency of exercise and duration of exercise were monitored and controlled.The women were also given a strict dietary plan to follow.After collecting several data points before,during,and after the experiment the following conclusions were drawn after analyzing measurements of: BMI,waist-hip ratio,body fat by weight,body fat percentage,body water content,muscle mass,and basal metabolic rate.1.Fitness gymnastics and dancing exercises for women aged 45-55 have a certain effect on reducing their fat.After 24 weeks of planned exercise,the weight,BMI,waist-hip ratio,body fat volume and body fat percentage of the subjects decreased by 5.7 kg,2.3 kg/m~2,0.1%,2.23 kg and 2.18% respectively.2.After 24 weeks of gymnastics and dancing exercise,the skeletal muscle mass and basal metabolic value of the subjects increased significantly,the average muscle mass increased by 2.27 kg,and the basal metabolic rate also increased by 78 cals.3.In the first eight weeks of the experiment,the effect of reducing fat was obvious in 20 subjects.In the later period of the experiment,after the body function of the subjects adapted to the moderate intensity training,the effect of reducing fat was weaker than that of the earlier period.4.Menopausal women can gain more benefits in reducing fat and shaping by practicing moderate-intensity gymnastics and dancing.After the system training,it is found that the body rebound of the subjects who maintain the habit of keeping fit is smaller through the follow-up service in the later period.5.According to body data,the effect of weight reduction and fat reduction of bare-handed gymnastics dancing in the early stage is more obvious;in the later stage of the experiment,elastic band gymnastics is the main body-building method,and elastic band resistance stretching exercise is more obvious than bare-handed gymnastics.6.Implementing the comprehensive gymnastics and dancing recommendations can achieve better effects of reducing fat.In this study,based on sports training theory and fitness methods,a reasonable formulation of a variety of fitness exercises can be implemented in 45 to 55 year-old menopausal women,which has a positive impact on their fat reduction and shaping.This research's results can provide some reference for developing effective fat-reducing fitness exercises for menopausal women.
