| Research purpose: With the continuous development and updating of socio-economic development level and scientific and technological level,teenagers are facing more and more entertainment choices and temptations.Especially in recent years,with the strong implementation of the dual reduction policy by the government,primary school students are facing a large amount of disposable time,and their static behavior in front of the screen is becoming increasingly prominent.Primary school students’ static behavior in front of the screen mainly includes watching computers,television,mobile phones,etc.Prolonged static behavior in front of the screen not only has a serious impact on primary school students’ vision,but also has varying degrees of negative effects on obesity,dietary habits,and physical activity.However,there is currently limited research on the intervention of static behavior in front of the screen in China.Therefore,this article takes the effect of 18-week sports dance intervention on the static behavior in front of the screen of primary school students as the research object,analyzes the intervention effect of sports dance intervention on the static behavior in front of the screen of primary school students,and provides theoretical reference for the improvement of static behavior in front of the screen of primary school students..research technique:In this paper,using questionnaire and experimental methods,30 art training students and 30 Latin dance students were selected,experimental group was divided into 13 boys and 17 girls,with average age of 10.52,average height of128.54,average weight of 25.79;control group was divided into 16 boys and 14 girls,average age of 10.95,average height of 128.37 and average weight of 25.56.Experimental group for Latin dance training,control group training,for 18 weeks of intervention,respectively for the two groups of screen sitting behavior time,physical activity level,sleep quality,eating habits,height,weight and vision test comparative analysis,using SPSS independent sample T test and analysis of variance,compare the two groups before and after the experiment.The results show that: 1.At present,primary school students have the problem of too long static screen time,addicted to TV and video games,which has a negative impact on eyesight,eating habits,physical activity level,sleep quality and normal development.2.Sports dance intervention Compared with art training intervention,it effectively reduces the static behavior time of primary school students on screen,and standardizes the static behavior of primary school students on screen.3.Compared with the art training intervention,the sports dance intervention is more effective in promoting the improvement of physical activity level,sleep quality and diet structure of primary school students.4.Compared with art training intervention,sports dance intervention is more conducive to the normal control of vision of primary school students,and plays a role of auxiliary intervention to reduce the rate of myopia.5Sports dance intervention,compared with art training intervention,can effectively promote the height development of primary school students,and effectively control the weight,reduce the impact of obesity on the physical and mental health of primary school students.To study conclusion the following Suggestions: 1 sports dance intervention as one of the form of movement intervention,the pupil screen before static behavior effect,is a long-term process,need to persist in daily learning life,form good movement habits,to fundamentally solve the bad screen before static behavior.2.Both static behavior in front of the screen and daily life behavior habits are affected by comprehensive factors.Therefore,although sports dance can play an intervention role,other aspects cannot be ignored,such as parents’ supervision and school guidance and other aspects.3 Although sports dance practice can intervene to some extent pupils screen static behavior and bad behavior habits,but in sports dance and other sports participation process,also want to follow the principle of moderation and pertinence,avoid excessive not suitable type of movement,a negative impact on the growth and development of primary school students. |
