Volleyball is a fierce confrontation event that requires athletes to repeatedly make difficult technical moves and constantly move their pace across the net.The game requires athletes to make flexible and accurate decisions about the direction of the incoming ball,to move and run quickly and to change their movements to hit the ball in the best way.Therefore,high demands are placed on the players’ agility.With the new understanding of the intensity of the volleyball game,rule changes,project characteristics and training rules,there is also a constant updating of the sensitivity training tools.Research has shown that explosive power is a key factor affecting the quality of sensitivity,and improving explosive power can promote the improvement of sensitivity quality.Currently,compound training has been widely recognized internationally as an effective training method to improve explosive power.The junior high school is a critical period for students to develop sensitivity quality.How to scientifically screen the sensitivity training contents and evaluation indexes and optimize the design of training programs according to the law of their physical and mental development and the characteristics of volleyball sports to improve the training efficiency is an issue of great concern to the youth coaches in current training practice and needs to be solved.In order to verify the effect of compound training on the sensitivity quality of junior high school female volleyball players,20 junior high school female volleyball players were selected as the research subjects and divided into 10 experimental and 10 control groups according to the serpentine grouping.The experimental group used compound training,and the control group used regular volleyball agility training.After 8 weeks of experiment,the subjects were tested for lower limb explosive strength and agility quality indexes,and the experimental results were collected and statistically analyzed.Research results:(1)Using the Delphi method,26 sensitivity quality test indicators and 22 composite training means were screened by two rounds of experts,and finally five sensitivity quality test indicators were derived,namely cross change running,half meter word movement,running drill jump over the bar frame,special action conversion and grip hexagonal ball.12 kinds of compound training means were obtained,namely weighted squat,Bulgarian squat,Romanian hard pull,front and back split-leg squat,deep jump,lateral single-leg jump over small bar frame,inter-march group jump over bar frame,inter-march single-leg jump,straddle jump,in-situ group jump,in-situ exchange leg jump,deep jump connected with standing long jump.(2)Through the method of class analysis to analyze the coaches’ perception of physical quality training of junior high school girls’ volleyball program,the results showed that the influence of sensitivity quality appeared most frequently,with a total of 41 reference points,so it can indicate that sensitivity quality is the most critical in junior high school girls’ volleyball training.(3)After 8 weeks of compound training in the experimental group,the female volleyball players had highly significant differences(p<0.01)in standing long jump,running drill jumping over the bar frame and before the experiment,and significant differences(p <0.05)in cross change running,half meter word movement,special movement conversion,and grasping hexagonal ball and before the experiment.(4)In the control group,after 8 weeks of volleyball routine agility training,female volleyball players did not have significant differences(p>0.05)in standing long jump,running drill jump over the bar frame,special movement conversion and before the experiment,and had significant differences(p<0.05)in cross change running,half meter word movement,grasping hexagonal ball and before the experiment.(5)There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group of female volleyball players after the test of cross change running and grasping the hexagonal ball(p>0.05),and there was significant difference after the test of standing long jump,half meter word movement,special movement conversion,and running drill jump over the bar(p>0.05).Research conclusions:In this study,the relevant indexes were screened by interview survey method and Delphi method,and the composite training means were developed by combining the physical and mental development characteristics of junior high school girls and the characteristics of volleyball items,and the experimental interventions on junior high school female volleyball players were significantly more effective than the regular volleyball agility training and could improve the agility quality of the athletes in a more comprehensive way.At the same time,the composite training method designed by the experiment achieved the expected effect of improving the sensitivity quality of junior high school female volleyball players,and to a certain extent,it is innovative and has certain reference significance for after-school sports training of school volleyball teams.
