| The proposal of home-school co-parenting can better guarantee the growth of students in a comprehensive way.The main reason is that the country has put forward the requirements of home-school co-parenting in the education reform work,which effectively establishes the bridge between family and school.Through home-school co-education,it can provide better learning guarantee for students and change the teaching mode from traditional single teaching to diversified teaching.In this way,the advantages of home-school co-education can be integrated into the talent training work of the country and society.In addition,the school has formed the inspection and supplement of the education plan,education organization and education system for the home-school co-education,which can form all-weather,all-dimensional and real-time education within a limited time.China issued the Family Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China in 2021,which aims to define and standardize the responsibilities,obligations and roles played by families in personal education,so as to supplement the single teaching power of schools.At the same time,social resources are also integrated into home-school co-education.Therefore,through the study of three key primary schools in Harbin,Heilongjiang Province,this paper understands the actual situation of home-school co-parenting carried out by these primary schools,so that the full paper can well combine relevant research theories with practical cases in the process of research,with the help of theories to effectively guide practice,so that the full paper has both theoretical and practical significance in the research.In the process of research,through the questionnaire method,literature research method,interview method to understand the school leaders,teachers,students’ parents about the home-school co-education and other content,During the course of the investigation,At present,in the three primary schools in Harbin,Heilongjiang Province,the management system of co-education of home-school co-education is not perfect,Management mode and information channel are single,The management content is relatively one-sided and narrow,Lack of necessary supervision and evaluation system and other related problems,These problems are mainly derived from parent factors,school factors,teacher factors,Among them,the main parental factors are the lack of understanding of home-school co-education,the deviation of parents’ understanding of the responsible subjects of education children,and the educational ability of parents in home-school co-education.However,the school factors are mainly the imperfect organization of home-school co-education,the lack of scientific and perfect long-term mechanism of home-school co-education,and the lack of systematic training for teachers.The problems manifested by teacher factors are that some teachers do not have a deep understanding of the importance of home-school co-education,most teachers follow the traditional way of home-school co-education,lack of innovation,and the rules and regulations of home-school co-education are mere formality.Therefore,combined with the actual situation to optimize solution strategy,in this paper put forward to build scientific and perfect organization structure,using the Internet to establish various channels,from family to individual content,establish real-time optimization of supervision and evaluation system and other related Suggestions,make the full text in the process of research can better for the development of home school together to provide important guarantee. |
