With the rapid development of the society and the continuous progress of human’s comprehensive quality,the social demand for talents is becoming more and more diversified and high-quality.Cultivating students with high knowledge,high innovation ability,high sense of responsibility and high cooperation ability has become a new proposition of social education.In this context,highlighting the main position of students,letting students participate in class management,participating in learning,learning to take responsibility,learning to learn innovation,and the improvement of comprehensive quality,has gradually become the main trend of various schools to carry out group management of students.This paper takes 8 primary schools of R Primary School Education Alliance in W City as a case,and uses questionnaire survey and interview method to understand the actual situation of senior students’ participation in class management.Through the investigation,it is found that there are prominent problems for students ’participation in class management: students’ weak awareness of participating in class management,lack of students ’opportunities to participate in class management,students’ unclear responsibilities for participating in class management,and the head teacher has too much involvement in students’ participation in class management.The causes of students ’participation in class management are the following four aspects: the atmosphere of students’ participation in class management is cold,the post setting and rotation time need to be optimized,the system of students’ participation in class management is not sound,and the head teacher lacks internal recognition of students’ participation in class management.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward optimization countermeasures for senior primary school students’ participation in class management from four aspects: creating the atmosphere of student participation,optimizing the division of labor among students,increase the post of student class committee,shorten the student rotation cycle,improve the student management system,clarify the division of student responsibilities,change the teacher management concept and improve the management skills of teachers.Looking for the problems existing in the participation of senior primary school students in class management,and deeply discussed the causes,and finally explored some related strategies to promote the participation of senior students in class management,which can enrich and develop the theoretical or research results in a sense.
