Because the prevalence of autism is increasing year by year, the number of rehabilitation institutions in our country is obviously increasing, but as one of the long-term training and learning places for autistic children, its internal environment needs to be improved,a reasonable rehabilitation environment will assist the intervention training of the children and improve the quality of rehabilitation. This project focuses on the design and research of therapeutic functional space in the rehabilitation center for autistic children, and proposes to integrate the interactive design method into the therapeutic space design after the research and analysis of the current situation in this field at home and abroad.Firstly,it analyzes and summarizes the concept of autism, psychological and behavioral characteristics of autistic children, rehabilitation methods for autistic children and forms of rehabilitation institutions to provide theoretical basis for subsequent research.Secondly, the interaction design method is integrated into the design of therapeutic space, the design principles of the interactive therapeutic space are summarized, and the design objectives of the interaction between autistic children and people, facilities and environment are extracted. Finally, the design strategy is formulated based on the above, and the idea of interactive design is used throughout the whole design scheme to explain the space atmosphere, color application, scale control, material selection, intelligent equipment and functions. The purpose of this paper is to create a therapeutic space complementary to rehabilitation training under the guidance of interactive design method.Help children step out of their closed inner world, and provide theoretical and design reference for the environment design of autism rehabilitation institutions.
