| Young people are not only the builders and successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics,but also the indispensable new forces in the future development of our country.As the mainstay of China’s goal of achieving a strong socialist modernization in the middle of this century,the cultivation of students’ sense of responsibility at this stage can not only lay the foundation for their fuller life values,but also promote the formation of a good social order and contribute to the realization of the Chinese dream.Taking Morality and the Rule of Law class in secondary school as the center,a constructive inquiry into students’ sense of responsibility is launched,with a view to enriching the content and path of cultivating young people’s sense of responsibility in the new era and continuously improving the effectiveness of education.First of all,we refer to the existing literature and the existing Morality and Rule of Law Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)on the core qualities of the subject of responsibility consciousness,and define the connotation of "responsibility" and "responsibility consciousness " connotation.Analyze the theoretical basis for the cultivation of responsibility consciousness from the perspective of the content of Chinese and foreign responsibility ideas and the development of students’ responsibility psychology.To explore the necessity of cultivating students’ sense of responsibility in junior high school "Ethics and the Rule of Law" class based on the characteristics of the subject.In order to promote the core literacy of students’ responsibility consciousness in junior high school "Ethics and the Rule of Law" class,principles such as combining fun and life are proposed.Secondly,the overall analysis about the content related to responsibility consciousness in junior high school "morality and rule of law".According to different grades,the textbooks are briefly analyzed in terms of the content of responsibility consciousness.Based on the emphasis of the new standards on responsibility consciousness,we classify responsibility consciousness and locate the goals of cultivating students’ responsibility consciousness in junior high school "Ethics and the Rule of Law" class.Furthermore,an empirical investigation was conducted on the current situation of the cultivation of students’ sense of responsibility in junior high school Morality and Rule of Law class.Taking the current situation of students’ responsibility consciousness in the eighth grade Morality and Rule of Law class as an example,we combined the interviews with the teachers of Civics class to observe the effectiveness and shortcomings at the level of educators and educational targets.The shortcomings are mainly manifested in the fact that some students still have the problems of poor understanding of self-responsibility,unconscious attitude toward family responsibility,slackness and less commitment to collective responsibility,unquestioning social responsibility,lack of profound recognition of national responsibility,and distance from human responsibility.According to the different subjects affecting the cultivation of students’ sense of responsibility in junior high school Morality and Law class,the analysis of the causes is carried out from five perspectives: students themselves,teachers,schools,families,and society.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of existing problems and causes,countermeasures for strengthening students’ responsibility consciousness cultivation in junior high school "Ethics and Law" class are proposed.They mainly include improving the initiative of students’ responsibility consciousness cultivation,optimizing the effectiveness of responsibility teaching in Civic and Political Science courses,playing the leading role in responsibility consciousness cultivation in schools,consolidating the foundation of responsibility education cultivation in families,and highlighting the guidance of social responsibility consciousness atmosphere,especially exploring the unique position of the key moral education course of morality and rule of law in the process of students’ responsibility consciousness cultivation. |
