| Research objectives:To explore the influence of National Series of Martial Arts Aerobics for Primary and Secondary School Students(Hero Youth)on the physical and mental health of obese teenagers, and put forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to promote martial arts aerobics for middle schools, inherit excellent national cultural traditions, expand the exercise forms of extracurricular sports activities in primary and secondary schools, and promote the development of martial arts into the campus. This paper provides some reference basis for enhancing the healthy development of Chinese adolescents and children.Research methods:In the experimental stage, the experimental group and the control group were given exercise intervention at 4:30-5:30 p.m.every week on 1,3 and 5.The experimental group practiced martial arts "Hero Youth",while the control group ran 2 laps around the track and field, and the remaining time was free to choose sports items. Both groups were given 10 minutes of warm-up exercise before the actual exercise, followed by their respective exercise, and the last five minutes of relaxation stretching, three times a week for 12 weeks. Before the experiment, all subjects were asked about their medical history, and parents and students signed a notification letter. Before and after the experiment, the body shape(height, weight,BMI),body function(lung capacity),physical fitness(50m running, standing long jump,800/1000m running, sitting forward bend,1-minute sit-up)and psychometrics(MHT scale)of the subjects were tested to compare and analyze the changes of indicators before and after the experiment.Research methods:(1)Changes of body shape index:there was no significant difference in height between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05);After the experiment, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in BMI between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05).(2)Changes of physical function indexes:the mean vital capacity of the experimental group increased significantly after the experiment, with a very significant difference(P<0.01);After the experiment, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the vital capacity index(P>0.05),but the experimental group showed significant improvement relative to the control group.(3)Physical fitness index changes:the experimental group after the experiment in 50m running, standing long jump, sitting forward bend,one-minute sit-up,1000m running(male)are improved, with very significant differences(P<0.01);After the experiment, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05)in 50m,sitting forward bend and 1 minute sit-up.(4)Changes of mental health indicators:After 12 weeks of martial arts aerobics exercise, obese adolescents in the experimental group showed significant differences in learning anxiety, loneliness tendency,self-criticism tendency, physical symptoms, impulsivity tendency, and the mean values of five dimensions(P<0.01);After the experiment, compared with the control group, the experimental group had significant differences in learning anxiety, loneliness tendency,self-blame tendency and impulsive tendency(P<0.05),and the physical symptoms had very significant differences(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in anxiety, allergy and phobia before and after the experiment(P>0.05).Research results:(1)The intervention of martial arts exercise can improve the body shape of obese adolescents,in which the body weight and BMI are decreased, indicating that martial arts exercise has a role in preventing and controlling the body shape of obese adolescents.(2)Through 12 weeks of martial arts aerobics exercise,it can significantly improve the cardiopulmonary function, speed, flexibility, strength quality of obese teenagers in the experimental group.(3)The results of psychometric survey show that wushu can significantly relieve students’ anxiety and effectively promote the mental health of obese adolescents.Research Conclusion:(1)Wushu exercise has a positive promoting effect on improving the physical and mental health level of obese teenagers,so it is suggested to open wushu exercise courses in primary and middle schools.(2)Extend the experimental time of martial arts exercise in order to more comprehensively analyze and discuss the fitness effect of martial arts exercise.(3)Teachers can add lower limb strength and endurance training while teaching martial arts,so as to achieve the purpose of comprehensively improving the physical level of teenagers.(4)Strengthen the communication between teachers and students, students and students, strengthen the propaganda of martial arts sports, martial arts small competitions can be carried out within the school. |
