Study On The Application Of 5E Teaching Mode In College Tennis Special Teaching

With the development of higher education,the university physical education teaching experience is constantly enriching and improving the process,the goal of physical education teaching at present,is to train all-round talents.Therefore,the exploration,innovation and optimization of college physical education teaching mode have been attached great importance by people.Tennis special course is an important course in physical education colleges and universities.In order to achieve good teaching effect,we must explore the high quality teaching model.5E teaching model is based on constructivism and consists of five steps: introduction--inquiry--explanation--refinement--evaluation.It is an effective teaching model that can stimulate students’ interest in learning and cultivate their ability of independent exploration and innovation.The 5E teaching model is applied in the teaching of college tennis special course,and its teaching effect in college tennis special course is verified in practice,which provides reference for the development of college tennis special teaching work and the innovation of teaching model.This paper takes the application effect of 5E teaching mode in the teaching of special tennis courses in colleges and universities as the research object.The method of literature data,questionnaire survey,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis.Based on the research results of the existing 5E teaching model,the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional teaching model and the effectiveness and feasibility of the application of 5E teaching model in college tennis teaching are analyzed.A total of 40 students(20 students in each class,15 boys and 5 women)from Class 1 and Class 2 of 2020 tennis special class of Harbin Normal University are taken as experimental objects.The experimental class adopts 5E teaching mode and the control class adopts traditional teaching mode.After 16 weeks and 64 class hours of teaching experiment,test scores of the two groups before and after the experiment were tested by T test.(1)In the four indexes of general physical fitness between the experimental class and the control class,the comparison of sitting forward bend and 2.4km running before and after the experiment group was P>0.05,and there was no significant difference,while the comparison of push-up and standing long jump group was P<0.05,and there was significant difference;After the experiment,there was no significant difference in the general physical fitness index between the groups.(2)In the four indexes of special physical fitness of the experimental class and the control class,the comparison of the four items before and after the experiment,including 10-meter starting running,hexagon test,forehand movement and backhand movement,P<0.05,there were significant differences;After the experiment,the comparison of forehand movement and backhand movement between the groups was P<0.05,and there was a significant difference.(3)The comparison of three indexes of basic tennis skills between the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment was P<0.01,showing a very significant difference;After the experiment,the comparison between the three project groups was P<0.01,which showed a very significant difference.(4)Among the three indexes of tennis technical action evaluation between the experimental class and the control class,the intra-group comparison of serving,baseline forehand and baseline backhand before and after the experiment showed significant differences in P<O,O1;After the experiment,the comparison between the three project groups was P<0.01,and there was a very significant difference.After the experiment,the comparison between the three project groups was P<0.01,and there was a very significant difference.Based on the above results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Both the 5E teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode can improve the general physical quality of students,but there is no statistical difference between the two classes,indicating that both modes will have a certain impact on the physical quality.(2)Both the 5E teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode can improve the students’ special physical quality of tennis,but the experimental class students have significantly improved in the aspects of forehand movement and backhand movement,indicating that the 5E teaching mode is more effective in improving students’ special physical quality.(3)After the experiment,the basic tennis skills of both the experimental class and the control class have been significantly improved,indicating that the teaching effect of the two teaching modes is relatively significant,but the improvement of the experimental class students’ performance is significantly higher than that of the control class,indicating that the 5E teaching mode is more effective in improving the basic tennis skills.(4)After the experiment,the tennis skill performance of both the experimental class and the control class has been significantly improved,but the improvement range of the experimental class is significantly higher than that of the control class,indicating that the 5E teaching mode is more effective in improving the tennis skill performance.According to the conclusion,the following suggestions are given:(1)As a new teaching mode,5E teaching mode can be applied to the physical education teaching in colleges and universities.It can be properly combined with other teaching modes to achieve better teaching effect.(2)The core of 5E teaching mode is to emphasize students’ independent construction,to form the motivation to actively construct concepts when new and old concepts conflict with each other,so as to arouse students’ interest in the process of thinking and exploring and improve their tennis skills.In the process of teaching,teachers should run through the teaching concept,give full play to the principal position of students,arrange tasks according to the actual situation of students,and create a high-quality classroom atmosphere.(3)When using 5E teaching model to design courses,teachers should flexibly use the five links of teaching model,the setting of evaluation links should be permeated into each teaching link,the selection of evaluation content and methods should be diversified,including students’ self-evaluation,group mutual evaluation and teachers’ evaluation of the course and teaching process,in the evaluation process to highlight the dominant position of students.Improve the enthusiasm of learning tennis.(4)Both the 5E teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode have good teaching effects on the special teaching of tennis in colleges and universities.Although the 5E teaching mode adopted by the experimental class has more significant effects,it cannot deny the advantages and functions of the traditional teaching mode.In addition,the teaching experiment period is short and the number of samples is small.It is suggested to reasonably select the number of samples and the experiment period in the follow-up research to ensure the accuracy of the research results.
