The chemical core literacy is clearly put forward in the high school chemistry curriculum standard(2017 edition),which embodies the basic requirements of chemical education under the socialist core values.It is the key to organize chemistry teaching content reasonably to help students to learn chemistry core literacy,which puts forward higher requirements for teachers to design teaching content.The ISM method is called Interpretive Strucure Modeling.It can objectively construct the content and structure of textbooks,lesson plans and classroom teaching,the ISM model is used to compare the teaching content design of different teachers,and the conclusion is drawn to obtain the teacher training strategy.In this paper,the ISM interpretation model method is used to study the four teachers in chapter 3,“Iron Metal Materials”of chemistry compulsory textbook of Senior High School published by the People’s Education Press,from the three aspects of the choice of knowledge elements,the level of knowledge elements and the logical relation of knowledge elements,the author draws a conclusion that the number of key elements and the leading elements of skilled teachers is more than that of novice teachers,the key factors of teachers in provincial key high schools are more than those in ordinary high schools,the key factors of teachers in ordinary high schools are more than those in ordinary high schools,and the number of introduced factors in ordinary high schools is more than that in provincial key high schools.This study has two main features: first,it adds the teaching plan research on the basis of the previous scholars’ research on the generation of teaching materials and classroom teaching,and adds a research process in the horizontal direction of the research,the second is to choose chapter 3“Iron metal materials”as the research content,and to promote the status of iron element in the element compounds according to the new curriculum standards,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the courses related to the variable-value metal element iron,which provides a reference for the teaching and research of front-line teachers.
