| Labor education is very important and the good foundation for promoting students in all aspects.Primary school labor education is in a basic position for the improvement of students’ labor literacy and comprehensive quality.Labor education courses are an important way to achieve labor education,and the main position in cultivating students’labor cognition,labor awareness,labor habits,labor ability,labor attitude and other aspects.Therefore,the labor education curriculum,especially in the foundation area,is also the basic way for training people.With the labor educational rules promulgated in 2020,all types of schools and educational institutions at all levels are actively implementing the national policy guidelines,and with the implementation and implementation of the "Opinions",there are still many problems in this process.This study takes the township schools around Xi’an as the research object,investigates the current implementation status of the labor education curriculum in urban and rural primary schools,and understands the current situation of the school in terms of curriculum implementation,curriculum content,curriculum evaluation and security resources.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews with teachers in corresponding schools,we can understand the current status and differences in the implementation of labor education curricula in urban and rural primary schools.From the overall level,basically in accordance with the state’s training requirements for labor education courses,but in the process of implementation,there has been a situation of occupation of labor education courses,insufficient attention to labor education courses,unclear and clear goal formulation,confusion between labor education content and housework,etc.,the evaluation rules need to be supplement,and the cooperation between home and school is weak to some degree.As for the differences between urban and rural areas in the aims,the content of courses and evaluation are not clearly,but differences still existed.And there are large differences in the implementation of the curriculum and the curriculum resources,from the results of analysis statistics.In order to promoting the labor education in this region and shorten the gap between urban and rural,corresponding solutions are proposed to address the above problems.First of all,we should actively implement the relevant provisions and regulations of the state for labor education,and set clear goals for labor education courses based on the school present conditions;For the teaching content aspects,strengthen the training of teachers in labor education area and development the cooperation of labor education resources with others,enrich the content and various form of labor education courses are important as well.At last,supporting the combination between diversity and individualization in the evaluation of the curriculum and avoiding "one size fits all",so that the labor education curriculum is no longer a formality,and can truly serve the purpose of educating people and promoting the development of students. |
