| Research purpose: shooting sports is a precise performance of the sport,long-term single-hand gun to maintain a fixed shooting posture,the high intensity of special training will lead to local muscle fatigue,spinal imbalance on both sides of the spine,resulting in pelvic tilt,and even scoliosis,thereby reducing the level of physical self-esteem Due to the requirements of competitive sports,and the pursuit of sports life,scoliosis is gradually being concerned.Resistance training has been investigated to improve athletes’ muscle balance,cultivate and strengthen athletes’ awareness of self-exercise,and help athletes eliminate the phenomenon of low self-esteem.In this context,the main objective of this paper was to investigate the effect of 8 weeks of resistance training on scoliosis and physical self-esteem in pistol athletes,with no intervention baseline test for 4 weeks before the test,post-test after 8 weeks of intervention,and 4 weeks follow-up after the intervention stopped.Research Methods: This study mainly used experimental methods to study,and 6athletes preparing for the 2022 Shooting World Championships were studied(5 women,1 male;4 10 m air pistol shooters,2 25 m caliber pistol athletes;2 international athletes,4 athletes).In the afternoon,after the special training,it is expected to start resistance training at half past four,warm-up-formal training-stretching three processes,the time is 60 minutes,followed by data collection every Friday,using multiple baseline level measurement ABA single-subject experimental design,using Scoliosis Meter spine measuring instrument and Physical Self-perception Profile(PSPP)scale.Data were produced to examine the effects of resistance training interventions on sports scoliosis and self-esteem.Results of the study: From the Percentage of Data Points Exceeding the Median of Baseline Phase(PEM)measurement:(1)Among the 6 athletes,4 athletes had significantly improved their scoliosis,1 athlete had a strong effect on scoliosis,and 1 team member had no obvious effect,but the scoliosis of 6 athletes who could come out of the whole was improved.(2)From the results of the athletic ability scale,the PEM of 6 athletes in athletic ability > 0.7,indicating that the effect is obvious.(3)On the results of the physical condition subscale,the PEM of 5 athletes > 0.63,indicating that the effect of resistance training on physical condition is obvious.(4)The PEM of the 6 team members was 0.5 in the PEM of the 6 team members ≥ 0.5,indicating that the intervention of resistance training on physical attraction was effective and the effect was obvious.(5)There were 4athletes with PEM > of 0.6 on the physical fitness subscale,indicating that resistance training on physical fitness shows that the intervention through resistance training may not necessarily improve the overall physical fitness,and may enhance one aspect of quality,such as endurance quality,strength quality,etc.(6)The results of the body self-worth subscale showed that the PEM > 0.75 in 5 athletes had obvious effects.From the results of the total body self-esteem scale,4 athletes had PEM=1,indicating that the intervention effect was significant,and 2 athletes had PEM > 0.7,indicating that the intervention effect was strong.Scoliosis showed a negative correlation with body self-esteem(P <0.05).Conclusions: First,8 weeks of resistance training significantly improved scoliosis in 6pistol athletes;Second,the 8-week resistance training effectively improved the physical self-esteem of the six pistol athletes.The scoliosis and body self-esteem of JRX are largely affected by special training and daily life,and the scoliosis will affect the posture of the athlete and the heart and lung function;the scoliosis of LX can be well improved after intervention,and the cardiopulmonary function of the athlete can be continuously enhanced with the resistance training. |
