The main function of resistance training is that it not only canimprove our health condition but also invigorate health effectively.Resistance training also places great demands on beauty. It makesphysical training and art education combined organically. Similarly, itgives people fantastic enjoyment of beauty. It manifests itself fully inthe means we exercise and the contents and methods of education intraining. Most of students in our country become increasingly weaker interms of the constitution of the bodies. This situation is quite apparentnot only in the constitution of our bodies, but also in the figure of us.There is a great number of college students who are failing to meet thenormal demand are overweight or too thin, let alone the handsomeappearances. As a consequence, our country is far inferior to thecountries which are highly developed in sport population in Europe andAmerica. Considering the grave situation, more attention are requiredto be paid to improving ourselves both inward and outward. What’smore, in order to make them love sport and art education with sincereheart and learn to combine the beauty inward and outward, we ought tourge them to strength the various aspects of culture, obey standard ofmoral behaviors and cultivate nice sentiments.This study adopts methods of referring literature data, expert interview,experimental method, questionnaire survey and statistics.60malecollege students in Shanghai Normal University (unprofessional sports)were taken as the research objects. They were divided into two groupsrandomly. According to the test table, the intervention experiment onexperiments and investigation into the behavior are scheduled into aperiod of3months and3times a week. The main test of theexperimental group and the control group before and after exercise onbody composition, physical quality and physical self-esteem index, comparison and analysis are carried out within group and betweengroup on it. Finally, there are only60people who meet the standards.Selected experimental students30people,30in the control group. Theresults show that:1.Body compositionThe effects of resistance training on body composition test after12weeks, Exerciser is weight from76-34±8.11decrease to74.21±6,14,(p<0.01) with a very significant difference, The content of body fat byexercise beforel9.86±6.26to16.54±5.53after exercise,(pcO.Ol)with a very significant difference, Skeletal muscle weight from theprevious34.58±6.50to practice35.30土5.94,(p<0.01) with a verysignificant difference, Lean body weight by exercise before5645±6.89rise to S7.56±5.41after exercise,(p<0.01) with a very significantdifference, the Index of BMI from25.22±2.37to24.45afterexercise,with a very significant difference。2.Physical quality aspectBy12weeks of resistance training physical quality improved,Pull-ups by experiment before the increased to8.10+2.92to9.43+3.13,Standing long jump from2.34+0.13to2.43+0.12after theexperiment before the trial,50M test score from7.50+0.56to7.43+0.58after the experiment before the exercise, Solid sphere testfrom9.40+1.45to9.90+1.67after the experiment before thetrial.From table four we can also see that through the resistancetraining, physical quality indicators related basic has very significantdifference before and after exercise(P<0.01)1only50M has obviouslydifference before and after exercise(P<0.05).3.Body self-esteemAfter12week’s resistance training, the body self-esteem index haschanged a lot before and after the exercise. Effects of resistancetraining on the body self esteem of male college students are particularly obvious. It is concluded that the physical of self-worth bypracticing rises from12.33±3.78to1572±2.69(P<0.01),the exercisecapacity changes from11.60±3.46to14.53±2.82(P<0.01),thesituation of health changes from previousll.07±2.88to present12.40±3.30(P<0.01),the suction of the body rises from10.35±3.23to12.93±3.15(P<0.01) after the experiment, and the physical of the bodychanges from9.33±2.09to9.33±2.09(P<0.01).lt can be drawn fromthe data changes, the above data showed highly significantdifferences(P<0.01):resistance training has obvious effect of exerciseon physical self-esteem of male college students.The research results show that resistance training is a perfecthuman form of sports which is beneficial to health of body and mind,sculpture, fitness movement. Through exercise, muscle arid fat toachieve the appropriate proportion, has improved body components.Resistance training after muscle density can improve the body quality ofmale college students;Through exerci’se can boost peoples mental outlook, cultivate goodsentiment, can greatly improve the physical self-esteem of male collegestudents.
