This article uses research methods such as interview,literature review,on-site investigation,and observation to sort out the process of physical education and health curriculum reform at Tsinghua Affiliated Primary School in the past decade.It summarizes and summarizes the experience of physical education and health curriculum reform at Tsinghua Affiliated Primary School in the past decade,and further provides reference and inspiration for other schools in physical education and health curriculum reform.This article is mainly divided into three parts.The first part mainly introduces the basic situation of the reform of physical education and health courses at Tsinghua Affiliated Primary School,and explains why Tsinghua Affiliated Primary School needs to carry out the reform of physical education and health courses from four small parts:the motivation,concept,foundation,and main stages of the reform.The second part,By conducting interviews with physical education teachers at Tsinghua Affiliated Primary School from the four dimensions of "objectives,content,implementation,and evaluation",the final content of the interviews was extracted,and the main aspects of the physical education and health curriculum reform at Tsinghua Affiliated Primary School were identified.The content of the physical education and health curriculum reform after the interviews was presented,mainly from the four aspects of curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,and curriculum evaluation,Finally,the following conclusion is drawn.The reform goals of the physical education and health curriculum at Tsinghua Affiliated Primary School are clear.According to the physical and mental characteristics of children of different age groups,it is divided into the departure stage,the knowledge and action stage,and the distance learning stage.Physical education teaching is carried out based on the psychological characteristics of children and their acceptance of learning content,truly focusing on student development.The reform of the physical education and health curriculum at Tsinghua Affiliated Primary School is rich in content.Based on each child’ s unique sports talents and hobbies,a "1+X" physical education curriculum system has been constructed,with independent elective courses and ice and snow courses.It truly regards physical education as an educational method and cultivates competitive talents.The reform of the physical education and health curriculum at Tsinghua Affiliated Primary School has been comprehensively implemented.Based on the curriculum objectives and preschool analysis,the implementation path,class hour arrangement,teaching environment,and teaching organization have been re planned,truly creating the best sports environment for students.The evaluation of the reform of physical education and health courses at Tsinghua Affiliated Primary School is diverse,forming an orderly evaluation system,promoting the development of aspiring teenagers,truly reflecting everything for students and everything for them.
