Research On The Mechanism Construction Of Collaborative Development Of Hub-type Social Organizations

In recent years,China has clearly proposed to build hub-type social organizations around the country,using the construction of hub-type social organizations to promote social development and strengthen social governance.From the perspective of the relationship between the state and society,the establishment of pivotal social organizations is a useful exploration of synergistic governance between the state and social construction,it can undertake government functions,entrusted by the government to serve social organizations,acting as a bridge between the government and society,with the intention of uploading and transmitting.Hub-type social organizations play their own strengths,combining organizations of the same nature,or the same level of organizations,to build and share,forming a synergy to maximize social power and participate in social governance.This study starts from the process of resource-network-linkage and tries to study the following two questions: How effective is the synergy played by pivotal social organizations? How is the mechanism for synergistic development of pivotal social organizations constructed?In the research path,the synergy theory is used as the core theoretical support to analyze and elaborate the synergistic role-playing mechanism of hub-type social organizations.In terms of research method,the synergistic development role-playing mechanism of C City Charity Federation is taken as the research object,and the case study method,literature data method and interview research method are used comprehensively.The main contents and conclusions of this study are as follows:By analyzing the synergistic role played by the Charity Federation of City C in three aspects of resource accumulation and sharing,organizational network construction,and reaching linkage,the process of constructing a synergistic development mechanism for hub-type social organizations is explored.The study finds that: first,in terms of resource accumulation and sharing,the General Charity Federation actively raises resources,expands access to resources,docks resources for integration,allocates and shares resources to social organizations,builds a resource platform,and solves the problems of resource monopoly and over-reliance on unilateral resources by itself and social organizations;second,in terms of building an organizational network,the General Charity Federation relies on the accumulated resources to build relationship,service,management,information,evaluation and supervision system,acting as a bridge hub and connecting social organizations;third,in reaching the linkage stage,the General Charity Federation reaches the linkage of resources,information,management and service with social organizations through the construction of organizational network,and the General Charity Federation develops together with other charitable organizations;fourth,taking the General Charity Federation as an example,we explore the construction of a collaborative development mechanism of hub-type social organizations,which is The process of "resource-network-linkage".The path for pivotal social organizations to play a synergistic role is to build an organizational network based on resources,to improve the modern social organization system,to construct a systematic development ecosystem of social organizations,and to achieve the goal of collaborative governance with the government and social organizations.Through the study,it can be found that the relationship between resource integration,network construction and linkage development is mutually reinforcing.The stronger the ability of resource integration of hub social organizations,the larger the network construction,the stronger the effect of linkage development,so as to build a good social organization ecological environment and create a social organization development ecosystem together.
