A Research Into Hub Type NGO's Operating Mechanism/Dissertation Guide For Postgraduates

Thanks to the deepening of reform and opening up,economic subject and social structure have changed a lot so that,the youth gradually becomes the major strength of social construction.Meanwhile,large batches of social organizations serving young people emerge constantly with receiving extensive attention,and their influence as well as appeal also expands gradually.So this paper mainly researches the operating mechanism of hub typed social organizations by dividing into 6 parts.The introduction in first chapter introduces research significance as well as purpose;it elaborates research method and though,and defines the concepts of hub typed social organizations as well as youth social organizations.The literature review in second part sorts out from perspectives of foreign and domestic literatures.It concludes that,foreign literatures mainly introduces the morphology and development situation of supportive social organizations in developed countries,and the mode adopted by supportive social organizations to participate in social management.On the other hand,domestic literatures elaborate the generation and development of "hub typed"social organizations,operating characteristics of "hub typed" social organizations,empirical research on "hub typed" Youth League Organization,and problems as well as handling of"hub typed" social organizations.The third chapter is about background of generating "hub typed" social organizations.It discusses about the policy and practical backgrounds of generating "hub typed" social organizations;expounds the bottom-up Beijing mode and top-down Shanghai model;introduces the development of "hub typed" social organizations in Shaanxi Province.The fourth chapter is case analysis.Based on taking Shaanxi M Incubation Center as representative of "hub typed" social organizations,the fourth chapter analyzes its operating mechanism.Meanwhile,it selects Xi'an L environmental protection organization to analyze its difficulties during incubation.The fifth and sixth chapters are problem analysis and solution.By means of field research and interview of organizational personnel,it finds out this mechanism and problems in operation,so as to propose suggestions for solving these problems.
