Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Campus Football In Suihua Middle School

Using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of campus football development in Suihua middle schools from the aspects of organization and management,classroom teaching,extracurricular exercise,extracurricular training,competition activities,teacher team construction,field equipment and funds,through the investigation of leaders,football teachers and students in 12 middle schools in 9 counties and cities in one municipal district of Suihua City,With the help of factor analysis,this paper summarizes the restrictive factors of Suihua middle school campus football development,and puts forward targeted countermeasures,which aims to provide some guidance for Suihua education department to formulate campus football related policies and introduce relevant measures,provide some reference and help for Suihua middle school to solve the problems in campus football development.and promote the better development of campus football.Through the research,the following results are obtained:1.During the development of campus football in Suihua middle schools,the number and proportion of schools with campus football characteristics are relatively good.However,since the national launch of "all sky star training camp" in 2018,no middle school in Suihua has been selected into the list of national youth campus football "all sky star" training camp.Suihua middle schools do not grasp and make good use of the national policies on campus football,There is no substantial progress in the development of middle school campus football,which has led to the continuous decline of campus football characteristic schools in the past two years.2.The construction of Suihua middle school campus football leading group is poor.Suihua middle school leaders do not pay attention to the development of campus football and do not give enough support;The development planning of campus football is not ideal,and it is relatively good to be included in the annual sports work plan.3.Suihua middle school campus football competition system is not perfect,competition activities are carried out poorly,football classes are carried out well,large recess football activities are not ideal,students’ motivation to participate in extracurricular activities is clear and active,the number of extracurricular training is less,the time of extracurricular training is more reasonable,the systematicness of extracurricular training needs to be strengthened,and the formulation of training plan is not ideal.Traditional teaching methods are still the main teaching methods used in campus Football Teaching in Suihua middle school.4.The means of campus football publicity is relatively single,the construction of campus football culture lags behind,and the campus football practice base needs to be strengthened.5.The funds for the development of campus football in Suihua City come from the appropriation of the education department,government appropriation,school appropriation,social donation and commercial sponsorship.Among them,the school appropriation is the main source of funds,followed by the appropriation of the education department.There arc relatively few sources of funds in other ways.The source of funds for campus football is single.The site conditions of some schools in Suihua City basically meet the needs of daily teaching,However,the football field conditions of some schools are not very good,and the allocation of football equipment in different schools is quite different,which can not well meet the needs of campus football development.The situation of teachers is dominated by young male teachers,with undergraduate education and low professional titles.More than half of the teachers do not have football coach certificates.The construction of campus football after-school training system and campus football safety management system is the best:The construction of campus football team member management and coach management system,campus football work system,campus football competition system,site equipment use management system,campus football enrollment and teaching management system is also relatively good.Compared with it,the construction of campus football teacher training system and campus football fund use management system is relatively poor.6.The restrictive factors of Suihua middle school campus football development focus on four aspects:management,integration inside and outside class,competition activities and investment factors.In terms of management,it mainly includes the attention of leaders,the construction of football organization,the development planning of campus football and the implementation of rules and regulations;In terms of integration inside and outside the class,it mainly includes the opening rate of football class,the construction of football school-based teaching materials,the construction of football associations and the systematicness of after-school training:In terms of competition activities,it mainly includes the campus football competition system,the number of campus football competitions and the content of campus football activities;In terms of investment,it is mainly the construction of football venues,the allocation of football equipment,the investment of campus football funds and the construction of football teachers.The research suggests that Suihua Education Bureau should strengthen the training of middle school leaders and gradually improve the attention of school leaders to campus football;It is suggested that middle schools without football courses in Suihua should list football courses as physical education teaching contents as soon as possible,start the construction of football school-based teaching materials as soon as possible,make good use of large recess and after-school time,and actively carry out various forms of football activities;It is suggested that Suihua middle schools further improve their campus football competition system and strengthen the development of football culture festival;It is suggested that middle schools in Suihua should strengthen the construction of football teachers,increase financial investment and improve field equipment.
