Background: Self efficacy has always been a hot topic in the field of social psychology.Nowadays,self-efficacy has been widely used in the field of physical education.At present,the overall learning situation of college students majoring in physical education is not optimistic,and a considerable number of students have produced learning procrastination behavior.However,considering the particularity of college students majoring in physical education may lead to inconsistency with previous studies on academic procrastination,and previous studies mostly discuss the relationship between them,this paper puts these three concepts into a system to explore the relationship between self-efficacy,academic satisfaction and academic procrastination of college students majoring in physical education.Objective: This paper analyzes the differences of self-efficacy,academic satisfaction and academic procrastination among college students majoring in Physical Education in demographic variables;Analyze the correlation between self-efficacy,academic satisfaction and academic procrastination;Analyze whether self-efficacy and academic satisfaction can significantly predict academic procrastination;Test whether academic satisfaction plays an intermediary role and construct the structural model of the three;Finally,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures to reduce the academic procrastination of college students majoring in physical education.Methods:This study mainly adopts psychological measurement method and spss250 data statistical analysis,descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test and analysis of variance were used to analyze the situation of different gender,grade,special,only child and source of students.Pearson correlation analysis was used to get the correlation of self-efficacy,academic satisfaction and academic procrastination,and regression analysis was used to get the prediction degree between variables.Results:(1)The average self-efficacy score of college students majoring in physical education is 3.11,which is higher than the middle level;(2)The overall academic satisfaction is at the middle level;(3)The academic procrastination score is14.17,which is generally at the middle level of procrastination.(4)There was a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and academic procrastination(p<0.05);A significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and academic satisfaction(p<0.05);A significant negative correlation between academic satisfaction and academic procrastination(p<0.05);(5)Academic satisfaction plays a partial mediating role between academic procrastination and self-efficacy.Conclusion:(1)There are significant differences in the self-efficacy of college students majoring in physical education in terms of gender,grade,and major;(2)There are significant differences in academic satisfaction in terms of grade,major,and student origin;(3)Academic procrastination There were significant differences in gender,grade and major;(4)Academic satisfaction played a partial mediating role in the effect of self-efficacy on academic procrastination.
