Self-efficacy has always been the focus of experts and scholars,and is one of the manifestations of individual self-confidence.Self-efficacy has been widely applied in the field of physical education in recent years,The level of self-efficacy has a significant impact on students' sports performance,academic performance and life attitude.This paper will further explore the internal correlation between the self-efficacy of college students majoring in physical education and their sports performance and academic performance.In this paper,266 students majoring in physical education in Liaoning Normal University were given the ?self-efficacy scale?and ?sports performance scale?.Analyze by reviewing and combing relevant literature,using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods.SPSS 21.0 was used to sort out and analyze the questionnaire data,and independent sample t test and one-way analysis of variance were conducted for different basic information of college students majoring in physical education.The relationship between self-efficacy,athletic performance and academic performance was analyzed by bivariate correlation analysis and linear regression analysis.The conclusions are as follows:1.There is no significant difference in the total score and dimensions of self-efficacy of college students majoring in physical education in grade,town and countryside,but there is significant difference in gender,student cadre and non-student cadre.2.Sports performance and all dimensions of physical education major students are significantly correlated with each dimension of self-efficacy.Academic performance of physical education major students is significantly correlated with each dimension of self-efficacy.3.The six dimensions of self-efficacy can predict sports performance score,and verbal persuasion has the greatest influence on its score;Six dimensions of self-efficacy could predict task performance scores,and verbal persuasion had the greatest influence on the scores.Three dimensions of self-efficacy,namely success or failure experience,mastery of experience and verbal persuasion,can predict the performance score of the relationship.Mastery of experience has the greatest influence on the score.4.The score range of academic performance can be estimated from six dimensions of self-efficacy,and the success or failure experience has the greatest influence on the score;Six dimensions of self-efficacy can predict the score range of theoretical subjects,and the success or failure experience has the greatest influence on the score.The five dimensions of success or failure experience,mastery experience,substitution experience,verbal persuasion and physiological arousal can be used to predict the score range of surgical subjects,and verbal persuasion has the greatest influence.
