Research On The Cultivation Of Student’ Craftsmanship Spirit In Shanxi Higher Vocational Colleges

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to comprehensively improve the quality of independent training of talents,focus on cultivating top-notch innovative talents and cultivating a large number of high-quality talents with both moral integrity and ability,and comprehensively promote high-quality development with the help of large country craftsmen and highly skilled people.In recent years,"Craftsmanship Spirit" has appeared many times in major conferences,major industries and universities and has become an important topic.It can be seen that it is of great significance in the cultivation of personal morality,the high-quality development of enterprises,and even in the process of accelerating China’s industrialization into a powerful country.This study is based on stakeholder theory and self-determining theory,and adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and case study.When designing the survey questions,we used the mature scale compiled by previous scholars for reference to design and adjust the questions irrelevant to this study.At the same time,part of higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province were taken as the survey scope,college students in each higher vocational college were taken as the survey samples,and 295 valid questionnaires were collected for data analysis.It is found that there are many problems in the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational colleges.The three factors of school,enterprise and students will have an impact on the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit,and analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the cultivation of craftsman spirit in these three aspects.In addition,this study has deeply investigated and analyzed the experience of cultivating the craftsman spirit at home and abroad,and provides some reference for the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in Shanxi vocational colleges.It is necessary to give full play to the leading role of higher vocational colleges,enhance the cooperative level of enterprise education,strengthen the self-education of individual students,so as to make higher vocational students establish craftsman consciousness.The innovation of this study is as follows: First,using stakeholder theory and self-determined theory as the theoretical basis,it creatively puts forward how to use students’ internal motivation as the focus,stimulate them to establish craftsman consciousness,and broaden the research perspective of craftsmanship spirit cultivation;Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the cases of cultivating craftsmanship spirit at home and abroad,it provides new ideas for promoting the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in Shanxi vocational colleges,it encourages them to constantly innovate and improve talent training programs,which enriches the current academic research on the development of higher vocational education in Shanxi Province.
