Research On The Cultivation Of The Fighting Spirit Of College Students In Vocational Colleges In The New Era

The spirit of struggle is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation,the fine style of the Communist Party of China,and the spiritual pillar that inspires the Chinese people to make unremitting efforts to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation."The road to a strong country,ingenuity to build dreams".With the proposal of the strategy of socialist manufacturing with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the application of science and technology,heavy weapons and super projects are inseparable from the practical spirit and fighting spirit of craftsmen of big countries who persistently focus on excellence.Vocational colleges and universities cultivate high-quality skilled talents for front-line positions in the manufacturing industry,and strengthening education on the spirit of hard struggle is the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,the fundamental guarantee for cultivating high-quality skilled talents who work hard,love and dedication to their jobs,and selfless dedication,and it is also an urgent need to promote the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor of higher vocational college students.Based on the research theme of cultivating the fighting spirit of college students in vocational colleges,this paper fully expounds the theoretical basis and practical value of cultivating the fighting spirit of college students in vocational colleges,and takes some vocational colleges in Sichuan as an example,through empirical research such as online questionnaires and offline interviews,this paper makes a comprehensive investigation of the basic situation of the fighting spirit of college students.The survey shows that the current situation of the struggle spirit of higher vocational college students is not optimistic,which is mainly reflected in the problems of insufficient cognition of the spirit of struggle,weak emotional identity,weak will to struggle,and lack of struggle practice.There are two main reasons for this: First,the subjective factors of vocational college students themselves,such as weak sense of self-cultivation and lack of ability.The second is external objective factors,which are mainly manifested in the school’s lack of attention to the cultivation of the fighting spirit of higher vocational college students,the distortion of family education,the influence of bad social atmosphere,the rise of Internet subculture,and the negative impact of peer groups.Based on this,it is urgent and imperative for vocational colleges and universities to strengthen the cultivation of college students’ fighting spirit.In accordance with the requirements of the Party and the state to implement the fundamental task of "cultivating people with virtue",combined with the law of education and the law of talent growth,this paper further clarifies the goals,basic principles and cultivation content of the fighting spirit of higher vocational college students in the new era.And in accordance with the requirements of the "Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Formulation and Implementation of the Professional Talent Training Program of Vocational Colleges",combined with the comprehensive reform of "three comprehensive education" of higher vocational colleges,the cultivation path of the spirit of struggle is integrated into the all-staff,whole-process and all-round education pattern.In terms of educating all employees,efforts are made to optimize the concept of ideological and political theory teachers cultivating the fighting spirit of higher vocational college students,give full play to the educational role of teachers of professional courses in higher vocational colleges and universities in "teaching skills + educating people",and strengthen the sense of responsibility of the management service team for the cultivation of the fighting spirit of higher vocational college students;In terms of whole-process education,take student growth as the main line and improve the whole-process education plan for the cultivation of the spirit of struggle,including: grasping the whole development stage and the key stage of growth of vocational college students,and improving the pertinence of cultivation;In terms of all-round education,by making full use of the major education carriers,broadening the education platform,tapping education resources,innovating education methods,and creating a good education atmosphere,we will promote the cultivation of the fighting spirit of college students in vocational colleges and universities to achieve good practical results.
