| The proposal to improve the leadership behavior of principals and enhance the leadership of private primary and secondary school principals stems from the need to promote better development of private primary and secondary schools.Private primary and secondary schools have become an important component of China’s basic education industry.The principal is the soul of a school,and his leadership behavior is directly related to the growth of students,the development of teachers,and the future of the school.Exploring the leadership behavior of principals in private primary and secondary schools is of great significance for promoting better student growth,high-quality development of teachers,and the high-quality future of private schools.The sustainable and healthy development of private primary and secondary schools calls for further optimization of the leadership behavior of principals.Through hands-on investigation and analysis of relevant literature,the researcher proposed the topic of studying the leadership behavior of principals in private primary and secondary schools.This study adopts a qualitative research method,based on relevant theories of management,especially leadership behavior,and comprehensively sorts out and analyzes the leadership behavior of Principal W of Y Middle School through observation,interviews,and other methods.The aim is to describe the leadership behavior of Principal W,analyze the characteristics of Principal W’s leadership behavior,summarize the qualities and abilities that should be possessed as good leadership behavior for private primary and secondary school principals,and based on this,propose suggestions to optimize the leadership behavior of private primary and secondary school principals.Research has shown that the leadership behavior of private primary and secondary school principals requires clear values guidance,good professional skills and literacy,excellent communication skills and decision-making abilities.At the same time,private primary and secondary school principals are in a special school environment,and should use their advantages to develop a unique organizational culture and improve teacher management methods. |
